[Resolved] OneAssist — deducted money from credit card without intimation | |
Hi I am using hdfc credit card ending with 5235. Yesterday (03/13/2018) an amount of 1399 deducted from my a card with description oneassist mfee. I didn't get any call/message/email regarding this. Please deactivate my subscription and refund my amount full. I already registered a complaint through hdfc. Complaint no. [protected]. This card is with my wife's name shaik ashmath. Mar 28, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I sent email to [email protected] for cancellation an also raised a complaint with HDFC bank. They called me and tried to convince about their product. They even offered 399 concession and asked me to continue with them for one more year. This company is not professional. There is no proper way of communication. Their toll free number is always busy. OneAssist Consumer Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. You people asked for details and I gave phone number so that you people can fetch the details and deactivate my subscription and refund my money back. From morning your agent calling and explaining the product again. He is bargaining to return 100, 200... just like street vendor.I DONT WANT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. STOP CALLING AND START WORKING AND REFUND FULL AMOUNT...!!!
