OneAssist — deducting oneassist membership fee - without my consent

I received an sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 29-jun-2018 without my permission. I don’t even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card.

Please deactivate and refund my money as early as possible.
