Dear sir... ONEASSIST is insurrence company, i got there one policy for my handset. my handset was damaged then oneassist took my phone for repair. they have promished to return within 20 days... but near about 4 months completed but they are returning my phone with or wthout repair . i insisted many time that please return my phone without repair but they only exteded DUE date every time. now they aare not giving me any positve respone. now dont where i wil complaint them... about 4 months finished... many time call to there customer care they give me due date, then after due that again exteded the due date every time... my registered mobile num with oneassist is [protected].
