[Resolved] OneAssist — not delivering my mobile | |||||
Hi, i am registered customer of oneassist.in and my relationship number is "1911199". I have raised a claim and after successful scrutiny they called me to handover the mobile for repairs. They said that they have successfully repaired my mobile and it is in transit, till now i have not received my mobile and saying that they have some issues and find the solution for the past one month. Earlier they had given mobile to ecommpartner for delivery and they kept the mobile with them for 10-15 days and sent back to office. Delivered 14 nov, 2017 12:47 hrs mumbai pickup cancelled by customer 12:47 hrs mumbai shipment rto lock 07:05 hrs hyderabad pickup rescheduled for next day 13 nov, 2017 20:53 hrs hyderabad pickup failed, shipment not handed over 12:17 hrs hyderabad pickup assigned 07:04 hrs hyderabad pickup rescheduled for next day 12 nov, 2017 07:05 hrs hyderabad pickup rescheduled for next day 11 nov, 2017 10:36 hrs hyderabad pickup assigned 07:05 hrs hyderabad pickup rescheduled for next day 10 nov, 2017 18:57 hrs hyderabad pickup failed, shipment not ready 12:57 hrs hyderabad pickup assigned 07:04 hrs hyderabad pickup rescheduled for next day 09 nov, 2017 10:52 hrs hyderabad pickup assigned 07:04 hrs hyderabad pickup rescheduled for next day 08 nov, 2017 10:33 hrs hyderabad pickup assigned 07:04 hrs hyderabad pickup rescheduled for next day 07 nov, 2017 12:17 hrs hyderabad pickup assigned 07:04 hrs hyderabad pickup rescheduled for next day 06 nov, 2017 13:56 hrs hyderabad pickup assigned 07:03 hrs hyderabad pickup rescheduled for next day 04 nov, 2017 15:11 hrs hyderabad picked rescheduled, request received after cutoff 15:04 hrs hyderabad shipment information received I called oneassist many times and they dont even care to respond for the calls and say that they are moving this issue to higher authority.
