[Resolved] OneAssist — oneassist consumer solutions deactivation of card protection plan

I have applied for icici credit card last november 2017 and they have activated cpp for that card. 1399 rs deducted from my credit card on 30-december 2017. I went bank to for remove that plan. They said we are not responsible for that. Why i ll bother like this. When i raised a complain, one assist customer care executive saying that you can only deactivate the plan before 45 days of renew period. I want to cancel the protection plan now.
