Onecard — Fraudulent transaction without my authorization on an online purchase in US while I stay in India

On Sep 8th'23 I got a message on my OneCard app saying a transaction o[censored]SD 317.96 was done and I was not the one who had done it. It was done on a site Us.maje.com which is in US. Now I firstly did not even approve this transaction neither did I receive any OTP for it then how is it possible that onecard allowed the transaction to go through. This is breach of my privacy and god know how many customers are being cheated like this. I immediately raised this as a fraudulent transaction and even blocked my card. They told me it will be resolved in 48 hours. The ticket no for this is #4124623 . I even got a message saying the transaction could not be approved as it was an unexpected transaction. Since then I have called OneCard daily to get an update on this but they keep saying next 48 hours. Yesterday at night I see that they have settled the transaction to the merchant. How could they even do this? Were they not even working on the ticket? If they had the transaction would not have gone through. This is a fraud by OneCard as well. I need my money back and I am anyways not going to pay it as It wasnt even done by me. In such cases you are not supposed to show it in the monthly cycle as I am not liable to pay it. The customer support person Savio I spoke to knew nothing and in turn kept blaming it on RBI and VISA and was not responding properly at all.

It was great connecting with you over a call. As per our telephonic conversation, the chargeback dispute has been filed to VISA on 15th of September 2023, i.e. Friday & it will take up to 60 days for an update after it's raised.
