My OneCard was created today 25 nov 2022. I was hoping to use it to pay for EMIs of an item. I had asked their customer service too if I would be able to make payment. But their executives are completely busy and I was not given proper time that should have been given for me to have a proper discussion. That's why I realised that my credit limit had to be increased. It didn't work even after that. I have paid 4000/- today itself. Before even starting I asked them if I would be able to my EMIs but they dismissed me by giving nonchalant answers. Their only goal was to get me to use their card and make more and more payment so that I could reach my credit limit. They don't even pick my calls now. They're all busy. I ask them to Kindly close my FD and refund my money. I tried calling their customer service too, but nobody picked up now that the card has been created. Please, please I want my money be refunded. So many people have complained about them too. Please help me get my 4000 rs. Was this information helpful? |
