Onecard — Payment recovery process

I got an Onecard from BOB Financial 5 months ago. When I had taken the card, it told me that I can convert my bill in EMI., But after spending the credit limit I am eligible for only 01 emi amount of Rs. 6000/-.

Now from last 4 months i am paying the minimum due amount of Rs. 8000(approx.) but my outstanding limit does not decrease.

I have contacted customer support for several times to convert my outstanding to EMI, so that i can repay the outstanding amounts soon, but did not get any reply from their end.

Moreover, I am facing some financial crisis due to some medical urgency one of my relative, and i did not pay the credit card bill within due date 7.12.2023. I have already sent an email to customer care to state that I will make the payment within 29th of December'2023 but did not get any reply from them.

But, they are continuously calling me for payment and I picked the call most of the time and describe the problem of mine and my commitment to them. This is creating a lot of mental pressure on me. They have already sent recovery agent to my home address for payment without any prior notice that also effecting my social status.

I cant make them understand that I will make the payment within 30th December 2023 without any fail.

So I suggest to everyone, please dont take any card from onecard company.
