Onecard — Request for deletion on the application due to incorrect PAN number

Hi, my application was not processing recently and I have checked that the PAN number entered in my application is wrong.

I am not able to change my PAN number as the credentials have already been submitted, now I am having trouble in verification of date of birth since the Pan entered is incorrect and i am not able to change it.

Kindly delete my application so that I can proceed with a new application with the correct PAN Number and credentials.

I have already emailed but I am getting pre recorded bot replies and no resolution
