Ref. above order, It is to intimate that I got 3 sms from the date of order i.e. Dated 06, 08, 10-06.2015, stating that due to delay in stock anticipated shipping within 10 working days from the date of order. Today when I tried to know the status with your toll free no.[protected] and had a talk with Miss Puja who told me that my order has been cancelled by your store deptt. But I have not applied for any cancellation, please let me know how often it happens with you because I demanded it first time..? Second even if you cancelled with your own in such case should there be any billing in my credit card..if yes how that will be regularized & time...? Your landline no.given in sms also shown as out of order, and tracking also not happening. Awaiting to hear you ! Take care !! Thanks n Regards Madan Mohan
