I submitted my Oneplus Buds Pro 2R E507B Obsidian Black IN at oneplus service center (Gulshan Tower Atghara, Rajarhat Road, Chinar Park 1st Floor, Kolkata - 700136 - Service number IN16037X[protected] on 14th December 2024 which by purchased by me on 26th September 2024. Just in 1 month the device stopped working from both sides and had connection issues. No matter how much i tried to charge it it didnt worked.
Oneplus service center team said that they will get back to me by 16th December 2024. When i called them on that day due to no response from their end they said that they have ordered parts for repair which will take 7 to 12 days.
To my surprise every week after that i called them they said me same thing and its been more than a month now and they are telling me same thing. I cant believe i purchased a 10000 rupee worth headphones and within 2 months this is the condition and after sale service which i get.
After waiting for more than a month, i raised several complaints at the oneplus team but everytime they said that the complaint has been escalated to concerned team which will connect with me and which never happens.
Finally on 21st January 2025 i asked them to replace the headphones with a new one if they cant repair it because they said that they ordered the parts and the parts are itself faulty and they will order it again and no surprise that would take another month because time is a joke for these people.
Today on 23rd January 2025 i tried calling them from my number and after multiple attempts I understood that they have blocked me and I called them from another number but still same excuses even after more than a month now its going to be like one ans half a month.
I want a replacement for my product as soon as possible and this will be last time in my life that i have purchased a oneplus product and will never recommend it to anyone ever in life. Was this information helpful? |
