Recently OnePlus user are facing line issue in display. Yesterday I too faced the same issue in my mobile. I took my phone to one plus service center they have rejected it because there is a little dot at the end of the screen, which is at the edge of frame and display but it doesn't affect the display and there is no big internal and external display issues in my phone. I can't afford to pay money to change my display since it was not my fault and the display is perfectly alright I wanted a resolve. If from your team, they can't replace the display atleast I need that green line to begone.

    This is informe you that I'm Sahabe alam, Advocate( Delhi High Court) that I had Purchased oneplus 11R 5G Dated 20/03/2023
    Recently I had updated (15/06/2023)my OnePlus 11R device to the latest software version released by OnePlus . Immediately following the update, I noticed the presence of a prominent light on top right of my mobile screen, impairing the overall display quality. Upon researching this issue, I discovered that many other users have experienced the same problem after installing the update, indicating that the light and line issue is a direct result of the recent software update and not a consequence of any physical damage.

    When I visited the service center ( Rohini Sector 3, M2K dated on 17/07/2023) to seek a resolution for this issue, I was shocked to hear that my request for a free screen replacement, as promised by OnePlus, was denied. The service center personnel pointed out the presence of a bend in my phone and and wrongly attributed the display light issue solely to alleged that water lock, completely disregarding any possible involvement of the recent software update. However, I would like to emphasize that I have always taken great care of my OnePlus 11R and have never mishandled or subjected it to any physical damage.

    It is disheartening to witness OnePlus continuing to shift blame onto me for damages caused by your fraudulent updates, and now demanding payment for a replacement screen that OnePlus itself damaged. I insist on holding OnePlus accountable for this situation and demand a fair and immediate resolution.
    The service center’s baseless claim that the damages are a result of alleged water lock.

    Kindly Repair/ Replace as earlier as possible.

      I am having 1+8 phone on display the green line has come ..after visiting service centre they are not ready to repair i visited the service centre there 100 customer were there out of 100 70 people were for green ine issues ..we are taking 70k phone wats the use if we get such line without any physical damage .

      i dont knw anything i need my phone to be repaired anyhow its company issue were manny customer are facing same green line issue

        TV was bought from Amazon on 7th Feb 2022.

        I received defective OnePlus TV(50 inches) found on same date as it was assembled but found the defect on screen after engineer left the house. When we call Engineer he said he will raise with concerned team but he did not do and later(2 weeks) he said speak to OnePlus TV Support.

        I had talked with support team and raised the case with them. Egnineer came and verified the TV and later They said they will replace TV. After 1 week or so i received a call from someone and asking for my address without telling who is that guy. I rejected him giving him my address later he called and said the details saying they have got panel to replace to my TV. I asked for TV replacement and i was told by OnePlus TV the same that i will get new OnePlus TV. But this guy was arguing saying it is just panel. I didn't accept. he called again after some time and said it is TV. But he sent back the TV and closed the case without telling me.

        I raised the case with OnePlus TV again, they accepted the replacement TV again, This time Engineer and brought the TV on motor cycle which box was completely opened. I did not accept to fit the TV as it was opened. They threatened that they will never replace tv and even they get TV i will have to collect from Vijayawada Service Center.

        Since then i am raising case but they will say that they will only do repair. i did not accept because it is defective product and want replacement. So it never happend so far and its been more than 18 months nearly.

        It was concluded by you engineer few months ago, when i requested and OnPlus also approved the replacement. But it did not happen so far as your Service Center is playing with customer by taking advantage with these replacements.

          Dear Sir,

          I have a One plus Nord CE3 Lite5G phone and as it has been commonly seen in One Plus phones recently, green lines have appeared on screen after a software update. And the same green lines appeared on my mobile screen. Now the number of lines have increased.

          When I visited the official service centers of Oneplus for India in Delhi, they said that free-of-cost screen replacement cannot be done since my phone's have scratch on cover, even this scratch on the top of my phone and the line appear on the bottom of the phone. I can assure you my phone has not fallen, but either way, the lines did not appear because of fallen. It was after the software update that the lines appeared.

          I have purchased this phone on dated 16.04.2023. A couple of weeks back, one of my friend got the free-of-cost screen replacement done for the same issue. I have already talked to customer care of Oneplus, no response from their side. I request you to kindly look into the issue and help to get the screen replaced.               My oneplus 8 device started showing green lines and then whole screen turned green and it happened after updating my phone one month later. It's an on going on issue with mant one plus phone. They said one plus 8 doesn't have this while they are plenty of proof online even on community tab that it exists. They refused to do it for free and said to pay 14k for replacement as phone is not in warrenty . There is no physical damage and when I asked then to reinstall the android version it worked for a few minutes. And then screen turned green again. They also refused to provide me an acknowledgement as to my device has no external damage or water damage.

                I have purchased oneplus 10r 2 months ago and now its screen is not working properly means, it has touch problem, then i visited to service center for this problem then they told after checkup that there is mother board issue, they told me that mother board is bend, but my phone is completely new without any dent bent and also there is no any scratch, the service center also confirm the same and they mailed the company that the phone does not have any physical damage, the company's reply is that it will not cover under warranty.
                now my side is this - as my phone is completely new 2 month old phone, without any damage or scratches, so how i will pay for any issue . it is company's fault so, company should take the complete responsibility and will repair it or replace it because it is company's fault . otherwise you told me how can be a motherboard damage without any physical damage from outside...
                i think my point is clear and hope that they will repair it or replace it.
                i cant pay 24 thousand rrupees for a phone which i purchased 2 month ago at 32000 rupees and which is under warrenty and the fault is not mine.

It will be only replaced free of cost if your phone falls under warranty and has not small and very minute screen or phone damage anywhere or else need to pay 15-20k for screen replacement...

                    Latest software update caused all OnePlus 8t,9pro,9t mobiles has a green and pink line on screens.

                    Due to latest software update to oxygen 13, All the 8t, 9pro, 9t mobiles got a green and pink line on screen. When I reached OnePlus service center they were saying we are not responsible to replace your screen if your screen has a minor or major damage also. It will be only replaced free of cost if your phone falls under warranty and has not small and very minute screen or phone damage anywhere or else need to pay 15-20k for screen replacement...

                    Oneplus 7t damage due to company Software Update

                    I bought oneplus 7t on 29/09/19 while using the phone few days ago on 16 june 2023 my device hang and not responding anything i tried to restart but still no response was there i try to reset my phone then also no response was there but my phone was dead not charging nothing response was coming. I took the phone to near service centre they check the phone throughout and told me due to software update and glitch the motherboard of the phone...

                    The lastest software that is oxygen OS 13 is completely disappointing like i had purchased their new mobile OnePlus 11 the hardware was good but the software is not good like it seems like a 10 thousand rupee phone I'm putting 60 thousand here and what I'm getting is a value of 10 thousand and there are huge camera issues regarding software from last 2 year's OnePlus is not even caring please help us this not only my problem this is the problem of whole Indian oneplus customers🙏🏻 please help i feel like I'm being cheated by this company

                      I had ordered mobile worth 21999 on 20-5-23 from one plus website and cancelled it on the same day. The amount was deducted from my card, however no refund recieved. I called oneplus customer care, they confirmed that they have not recieved money. I raisee it with my bank, payment gateway and RBI, both have confirmed they have not received money.
                      Oneplus is not ready to give in writing that they do not have money. Totally frustrtaed with this...

                      I have ordered a new one plus mobile on 17-06-23 but till date they are saying that order is on hold.

                      My order isn't shipped yet and I wonder when will it be delivered

                        Had oneplus nord buds which got damaged then i bocked the warranty courier came and took my product then called from service center and said i have received buds of one side only.and they only received one side I have sent then complaint in consumer court case no: FX[protected].your team bothers me a lot I have also sent unboxing video to your team through whatsapp but they refused, I will never buy oneplus product again. If here also our problem is not resolved. So we will go to court in physical form because we have all proofs like umboximg videos etcetra

                                Iam using oneplus 9r mobile. After updating my phone. It is showing the green lines on the screen. I am not able to solve this problem. As this is update problem. I want it to be solved by OnePlus company.
