The lastest software that is oxygen OS 13 is completely disappointing like i had purchased their new mobile OnePlus 11 the hardware was good but the software is not good like it seems like a 10 thousand rupee phone I'm putting 60 thousand here and what I'm getting is a value of 10 thousand and there are huge camera issues regarding software from last 2 year's OnePlus is not even caring please help us this not only my problem this is the problem of whole Indian oneplus customers🙏🏻 please help i feel like I'm being cheated by this company

    I had ordered mobile worth 21999 on 20-5-23 from one plus website and cancelled it on the same day. The amount was deducted from my card, however no refund recieved. I called oneplus customer care, they confirmed that they have not recieved money. I raisee it with my bank, payment gateway and RBI, both have confirmed they have not received money.
    Oneplus is not ready to give in writing that they do not have money. Totally frustrtaed with this...

    I have ordered a new one plus mobile on 17-06-23 but till date they are saying that order is on hold.

    My order isn't shipped yet and I wonder when will it be delivered

      Had oneplus nord buds which got damaged then i bocked the warranty courier came and took my product then called from service center and said i have received buds of one side only.and they only received one side I have sent then complaint in consumer court case no: FX[protected].your team bothers me a lot I have also sent unboxing video to your team through whatsapp but they refused, I will never buy oneplus product again. If here also our problem is not resolved. So we will go to court in physical form because we have all proofs like umboximg videos etcetra

        I am complaining from 6
        7 months but I have not gotten any service from OnePlus and OnePlus technician took my LED in Feburary but one plus company is not returning my LED I am struggling from 7 to 8 months I have paid advance service chargers to OnePlus technician no one is hearing my voice in OnePlus company please help me my registered mobile number is [protected] please fix my LED OnePlus has worst customer service I have ever seen in my life and with its service I will nover buy its products in my whole life please help my OnePlus.

          Green lines on my Oneplus 9R Phone screen due to Software update

          I have a Oneplus 9R phone and as it has been commonly seen in One Plus phones recently, green lines have appeared on my screen after a

          When I visited the official service centers of Oneplus for India in Bengaluru, they said that free-of-cost screen replacement cannot be done since my phone's water litmus colour changed. I can assure you my phone has not fallen...

          I have a Oneplus 9R phone and as it has been commonly seen in One Plus phones recently, green lines have appeared on my screen after a
          software update. Now the number of lines have increased.

          When I visited the official service centers of Oneplus for India in Bengaluru, they said that free-of-cost screen replacement cannot be done since my phone's water litmus colour changed. I can assure you my phone has not fallen into water, but either way, the lines did not appear because of water content. It was after the software update that the lines appeared.

          A couple of weeks back, two of my friends got the free-of-cost screen
          replacement done for the same issue. I request you to kindly look into
          the issue and help to get the screen replaced.

            I have a OnePlus 8t modal, I am having this line problem and my international piece is refusing to replace the display here in India, so it is asking me to go to the country where I bought the phone and do the repals and my The mobile also has international warranty, so why didn't they give it to me?                     I bought OnePlus 11r and it's defective piece I have visited several times in there service centre but issue is still there.
                    Battery Drained fast, back gesture doesn't work properly, picture downloading issue from Google photos, heating of device is also there and so on...
                    Please take proper action and replace this device. I am tired of visiting service centre

                        Oxygen OS is crashing

                        Recently I bought one plus CE3 lite 8/128 variant, with Android version 13 and Oxygen OS 13.1. Now I set up a work profile in it and when I am trying to open my work profile app / official apps for my work it keeps crashing and not solving any way I have restarted my phone still it's not solving.                         TV replacement pickup after 5month waiting but not received voucher code

                        Request was given for my TV replecement which was given during warrenty then the TV was picked up by oneplus team on 3rd Jan and told by oneplus team that voucher code or another new TV will be given to you will be given . January to May is the month. But tv no voucher code not received. Oneplus is requested to solve our problem soon.

                        I have been a fool to invest a big amount to buy OnePlus 8 Pro so called premium phone.
                        My phone is just 14 months old and after the update i started facing issue with the green colour screen. What a cheap quality display they use. They are the worst to provide the service. Can't believe more than 50k just vanished in 14 months now the phone is useless just flash the green light everytime i use the phone.

                          I had faced the similar issue with mobile display which most of the ppl are facing today, which seems to be a know and wantedly released by OnePlus. I have been chasing them for a replacement and there is no stock available. It's more than 3 months and I get the same response. This ia going to be the last device im gonna use from OnePlus and i strongly don't recommend anyone to buy l/not even think of buying a OnePlus device due to the cheap service they provide.

                            Firstly the screen was fluctuating and then after some days, when I cleaned the screen with cloth then after switching on the TV, the lines appeared and nothing is working. The TV is shut down and only 5, 6 months had been passed since the bought. I have contacted the service man and he is asking for 18000 to change the screen and making excuses. My TV is in warranty period plus I have also extended it's warranty for 3 years at 1699 at the time of purchasing. I want my TV to be repaired in 2, 3 working Days.

                              On March 9, I complained online that my TV screen wasn't working, but for some reason, my complaint was initially denied. I resubmitted my complaint on March 18 and ever since, I've been in touch with customer service at [protected] and [protected]@oneplus.com. Every time I call, I'm told to wait 24 hours, one of our seniors will get in touch with me to fix the problem.
                              I am still awaiting for my Tv to get repair and for their call and email response as well.
