My oneplus bullets bass edition picked up from my home for repair for connectivity issues.
It has been now almost 45 days and not received the earphones yet.
Could you please assist to get it resolved asap. I have followed via email, customer care personal but no proper response when I will get it back.

From past two months my tv is not working I raised a complaint on it. The technician had Visited and check the problem and went.he did solve the issue till now I have contacted to oneplus customer care more than 20 time on email and also contact support team but not solved the issue.so please solve the issue as soon as possible
