OnePlus India — Dissatisfied with oneplus saying fraud statements | |||
Hey guys I am writing this because I am very dissatisfied with @oneplus and the team. i had oneplus 8 two days ago i was going outside in little rain and oneplus is saying 8 series is water resistant but when i checked my phone it is not working now. I have extended warranty of my phone, then i go to one plus care and show them my phone they are saying it is liquid damage and it is not covered by your extended warranty i told them i was in the rain for only 10-15 mins. They are saying sorry sir i will not include in warranty if you want to repair then you have to submit without warranty condition, then i said if i submit the phone what will be the charge and how long will it take They are telling me that we will update you within 15-20 days and if there is any problem with the display then you have to pay Rs.14, 500/- or you have to pay 75% of the MRP of the phone due to board problems Will happen. Now I am wondering why did I buy OnePlus for 50000/- MRP? I suggest you guys don't buy any oneplus series if they are saying that it is water resistant. They are not helping me too my total money is like rain water, phone and warranty also. Guys don't buy it you will realize in future why you bought it Now I'm wondering why I didn't buy the iPhone, at least they will replace my phone.
