OnePlus India — Earbuds not service properly in Bangalore service center

I had sent my OnePlus Buds for service to your Bangalore center under warranty. However, after receiving them back, they are in the same faulty condition as before.

I am unable to understand what work was carried out, as the issue still persists.
If you are committed to providing warranty service, why was my problem not resolved? This reflects a lack of focus and care from the service team.

I request you to escalate this matter to the concerned authority and provide me with a proper solution immediately.

Kindly treat this as urgent.
