Dear OnePlus,
I am obliged to write this mail out of serious disappointment upon my visit to Oneplus service center of vijay nagar indore.
I am a loyal customer of since the days when it was struggling to capture the market share i have used oneplus since 5 Series and never been so disappointed because of service.
My device one plus 9R is facing green line issue but i didnt visited service center as i cannot leave my device for repair due to my office work,
somehow day before yesterday i sent my device to your center for resolution of green line issue as i heard about your so called LIFETIME WARRANTY Lollipop you guys are giving to customers.
But the lady at your token counter denied to accept my straight forward and told that this will not be covered by green line scheme.
When i asked here to generate my complaint she refused to do so and not even got the device checked by repair guy.
I dont know how she has got so good eyesight that she declined the service even before repair guy.
I don't know whether the management is even aware about these kind of practices happening at service center or not but the customers are suffering due to this and ultimately the brand value is going down due to these kind of incidents.
I am mentioning the details of my device along with the images in the hope of some positive resolution from your side or else i will switch myself from oneplus as it doesn't value customer's satisfaction anymore.
