OnePlus India — I am complaining about OnePlus TV

I bought a one plus TV in Dec2021. In march I am facing issue with google voice commands, I just neglected it and operated via remote buttons. Now I am getting a straight line on the TV screen on 29th June 2022. I raised a complaint in the service on 1 july 2022 and they promised us that the resolution time will be 15 days. One of the Service technician visited our home, inspected the TV and said that its panel issue and the panel needs to be replaced and they don't have part available. He asked us to update the same to customer care team. Such a pathetic service. We raised the escalation for 3 times and they are not properly responding at all and they are not giving any Estimated Time of Resolution also. If we ask for a refund, they said that they don't have a policy of refund too.. We either need the issue to be resolved in next 3 days or we need a refund.
