OnePlus India — I was received micromax mobile for oneplus 5t. | |||
I ordered oneplus 5t mobile but i've received wrong product on 18th dec 2017. Still i am not getting any solution for that. My complaint number is 1816034. Escalation team not giving proper answer like he said we shared correct product only so that we can't help on this. He told like that. Is this service your doing for customer. I have send my own money of 32, 999 rupees. How your telling stupid answers. Now date is[protected] even though i didn't get any positive updates from your end. I need mobile or else please refund my money... I am very disappointed about your customer service and all... Was this information helpful? | |||

I am facing the hanging problem while making any calls in my oneplus 5 mobile. this problem has started since i have updated my oneplus device. pls suggest me .

I too had the same issue.I ordered oneplus 3T in ebay on dec 2nd but was delivered with a micromax mobile.
If I am not wrong are you from Coimbatore?
