Subject- Instant discount of 3000/-, Fraud on official Website of Oneplus india, net banking payment through ICICI Credit card
Date of Incident first on 22nd September 2020 and again on 7th october 2020.
Hi, This is Asher pranay, an existing customer of Oneplus. I'm very sad and disheartened to see such a huge company not addressing my complaint regarding the discount of 3000/- on purchasing Oneplus 8 pro. The first purchase i made on 22nd of September 2020 and i had the same issue of instant discount and One Plus executives asked me to reject the product at the delivery and i did the same and when i made the purchase second time I had the same problem, This time while holding my purchase on the official website i parallely called One plus executive again and this time he said me 24 hrs after the delivery the discount will be issued, and that didn't happen so this time the product was delivered on 9th of october 2020 and today it is 26 october 2020, between these 17 days i was asked to wait, wait, and wait again today again they asked me to wait, I have waited Enough to get this addressed, now this is a high time for me to complain. Every time I call them they are asking me to wait and no solution is provided on this.
Desirable resolution- Refund of 3000/- as promised on official website
