I have purchased OnePlus 43 inch tv in the month of July 2021 and in the 1st week if August the screen started to behave weird with selection going to the bottom within seconds and pointer despite pulling it up comes to bottom..the tv is unusable .I have raised complaints through amazon portal and one assigned technician called and asked to share the problem in watspp which I have done..later no response again so I raised a complaint again and this time new guy came and said problem is with remote..after 10 days I called amazon about remote and recieved one after 4 days but despite the new remote the problem persists..
Now from this point of time I called Amazon multiple times and have been promised that problem will be solved in 48 hours..no call and no one visited and again I call amazon on why technician is not coming again they say 48 hours and after another 48 hours I tried reaching Amazon and asked for cal center executive manager and he says he will send mail and problem will be solved...it has been a month now.. I do not recommend buying this tv and service by Amazon and DigiCare is pathetic..
I cannot use the tv and I am getting health issues and fights because if the service Amazon India and Digi Care are providing..
I wish God punishes them for the trouble and pain they are causing me for buying this TV.. Was this information helpful? |
