OnePlus India — oneplus 7t | |||
I bought oneplus 7t on 6th october, 2019 from oneplus store, brigade road bangalore. And i'm facing issues with its sensors (Proximity sensor), have attached a video for the same comparing it with other oneplus device. And also the phone screen is yellowish in colour (In default/stock settings) compared to other oneplus 7t devices. Need money back or should be replaced with a new device. It's just been 2 days. I call customer care they fail to resolve my problem i m fredup with this device one plus 7..i will never buy one plus mobile this is first time i buyed ..experience is too bad ..it was better to use samsung or iphone instead of this worst mobile..they only ask me to do setting but nothing happen...never buy oneplus mobile as it is not worth
