OnePlus India — OnePlus 8T replacement | |||
Case I'd :[protected] This case is regarding my newly bought Oneplus 8T Green 12/256 from Croma Store Bhuj Gujarat on 31/05/2021. The Product has Battery and Heating issues so it was sent for Testing by Croma Store Bhuj to Oneplus Service Centre Gandhidham Gujarat. After some 3-5 days i got a response from Croma Store Bhuj that the product has been updated and its working fine. So as per representative i need to pick the device from Croma Store Bhuj . I went to pick the device on 18/06/2021 from Croma Store Bhuj and when i checked the device it was totally manipulated and opened from Oneside and there were scratches on top border. The Product was totally Tampered by Service Engineers and it was totally mishandled . The Product was opened without my concern and it was totally in a bad condition. I Applied for replacement for my device but no one is responsive to my issue. I Purchased the Oneplus Product 8T and its really disgusting feeling that from last 20 days i am unable to use my newly purchased device due to poor quality and poor service.Very bad experience and really disappointed . So i request Onepus India to kindly provide me a new replacement of my device at the earliest as i have face many problems till now.
