I bought an OnePlus Buds Pro which started getting battery/connectivity issue when it was in warranty. However, due to busy life I did kot approach them as the ear buds worked for about an hour or two which I needed. I had in mind that for a reasonable cost it will be repaired.
However, when the issue got so worse that earbuds would work for a few minutes only I booked their pick&drop repair service. The company and their service centre refused to resolve the issue and provide any type of repair. They say this device is not repairable and they cannot do anything because it is out of warranty.
It is an unfair trade practise in all it form because they did not inform me while I was making the purchase that this device is not repairable otherwise I would have not purchased it.
After approaching NCH Forum, someone Jitendra called me and told we will replace it for about 4500 INR each buds. When I confronted that it is selling the new buds and it is neither repair nor replacement. On this they said on phone that yes you have to purchase a new one and disconnected the call and closed the complaint of NCH forum.
OnePlus is a exploiting Indian customers due to weak laws. Kindly help me get a justified resolution. A product of INR 10K is supposed to last longer especially when used sparingly. Was this information helpful? |
