Dear Sir, My Name Is Rahul Kumar! Contact No. [protected] Email ~ [protected]@gmail.com I Purchased Oneplus 8T 5G (Lunar Silver) 12GB 256GB Variant On 29th November 2020! After 15 Days O[censored]sage I Noticed That Navigation Bar At The Bottom Of My Display Had Been Burnt In! I Contacted Oneplus Customer Support And They Denied Me A Replacement And Told Me To Submit My Mobile To A Service Centre! I Live In Motihari, Bihar And There Is No Service Centre In My City And There Is Only One Service Centre Which Is In State Capital Patna, Bihar! The Navigation Bar Burn In Disappeared On Its Own And After Some Days I Started Noticing Heavy Image Retention On My Device...Any Bold Static Image On My Display Leaves Their Ghost Image On The Display...And This Is Happening All Over The Display And All Icons Are Getting Burnt In! I Contacted Support And They Asked Me To Wipe Cache Of My Phone! This Is Clearly A Hardware Issue...And Its A Defective Display And I Want My Phone Replaced At All Cost! I need to ask one question to oneplus that don't spread false promotional videos to cheat customers, Oneplus is claiming that their flagship oneplus8T, I took it and now I'm the victim of oneplus 8T and my phone has display issues from the initial time onwards, later some water splashed dump error came and nobody from oneplus authorized service engineers donno how to repair/fix it also damaged my phone this told me the second engineer from oneplus and he is not confident to repair as he is telling that if we change the display not sure it will be functional maybe the problem with the motherboard . From oneplus end nobody is responsible for that and i donno what to do, every time if i call the customer care they will redirect here and there, they also donno what to do
