OnePlus India — OnePlus Y Series 80 cm (32 inch) HD Ready LED Smart Android TV-Wifi not connecting

I have bought this tv in Oct 2021 and the issue has started since then...the device is poorly built, display is reddish and the service is very pathetic.

I have been raising complaint since December and yet there has not been resolution to my issue...the smart tv is not able to connect to WiFi. Technician comes and goes, customer care keeps on building jobsheets, email chain is all up and running and after all thes still the issue continues...well done OnePlus, you are a making a great name in electronic market👍
