OnePlus India — Product/overheating issue

I have purchased this one plus nord mobile in october 3rd 2020. When I purchase this phone I didn't find any issue with the device but with time it has generated heat up issue, so I went to customer care office on 16th January 2021 to resolve this issue but there they didn't respond properly and said that device is fine and we cannot do anything for this device. I have used this device once again and surprisingly i have found same problem once again and it's been 6 months since i have bought this phone.

Nobody at service centre responding properly and this mobile is my first one plus mobile and the worst experience i am having with this device.
