OnePlus India — Received a full damaged TV | |
Ordered On: Oct 6, 2021 Order Number: M[protected] OnePlus TV Y Series 80cm (32") Received a damaged panel product on 20th Oct, after informing BlueDart, I have informed oneplus on the same date via chat & email. after taking daily follow-ups from chat support, getting the same replies each time that their team is working. after passing 14days they don't have any updates what's their team is doing. Today my first EMI has been deducted but neither i have the proper product nor oneplus team is helping. am i suppose to pay emi for a defective product? is it justified? why i am suppose to pay for a damaged product? oneplus chat service is continuously making false promise since 20th Oct. Till now they don't have any progress report from their relevant team. They are harassing me since it delivered. Kindly help. Getting frustrated for their such worst service.
