I purchased a OnePlus 9 mobile in 2022, which developed a green line issue on the screen. I visited the service center and was issued a voucher to buy a new device from the OnePlus website.
In 2023, I used the voucher to purchase a OnePlus 11. Unfortunately, in 2024, the same green line issue appeared again. The service center replaced the screen under warranty.
However, on 18/08/2025, the green line issue reappeared. When I visited the service center on 19/08/2025, they rejected my lifetime free screen replacement warranty, citing unrelated physical damage (back door and frame dent) even though the screen itself was not damaged.
This is the second time I’ve faced this issue, and it clearly appears to be a manufacturing defect, not user damage. I have attached all relevant purchase and service receipts for verification.
I am extremely frustrated and request either:
A free screen replacement under warranty
Or an upgrade option to a new device
