OnePlus India — Requesting OnePlus TV 32Y1 replacement | |
I had bought One Plus TV 32Y1 on 28th Dec, 2020 from Reliance Digital. For few months TV worked flawlessly, later on after 6 months it started giving issues. Initially TV was hanging a lot and hence I had raised complaint for the same, but no one turned up, but issue was marked resolved automatically. Later TV started flickering and also started auto navigation without remote operation. Hence, again raised service request. This time they didn't turn up for atleast 1 month even after repeated escalations. Later they replaced motherboard, after which the TV was working fine for few days. Now, again TV is not starting up at all. It has been more than 15 days, no one is responding. I cannot bear this much delay. I would request you to resolve my issue by helping me to get this TV replaced with new one which shouldn't be defective again. Was this information helpful? | |
