Hi team I have purchased one plus 3 device around sep 14, 2016 through amazon site Last week my screen was broken and i found out through internet about servify When i submitted request to repair the device was taken But the servify team says i need to pay 8550 for screen The app shows me that device is under warrany However servify team says you should have registered in app within one month of purchase Amazon nor the oneplus3 device invoice has any information to register in this app How would the customer know about such complimentary offers when you dont mention while selling Was this information helpful? | |||||
