My brother's phone was damaged at home as it fell. So i gave for repair thru one plus care app.
The visakhapatnam service center was removed so had to give pick up drop service which they provide.
I gave my device for repair on oct 3, due to their logistic delay it took 7 days to reach their hyd service center. Then another 4 days to repair. I even paid money of 2250 for repairs on the payment link they sent me.
Then when i called them regularly regarding the delay.
Someone named ankit from oneplus called me and said he will handle my case and that phone has been misplaced... Somehwere while preparing it for dispatch to send to courier thru fedex.
I called fedex, they said they recieved no package from service center to be sent to me.
Later ankit assured me that they will find the device and send to me asap, if not they will send me a compensation device.
Like this 1 week they asked to wait
After 1 week they said they are investigating
He gave me another person number said marshall, saying he will handle my case, he said wait for 2 days, when call again wait for 2 days.
Like this they are stalling my case, instead of sending the new replacement phone.
And as of today, its more than over a month.
They are not taking my issue seriously,
Please someone help me get my phone back.
Whole oneplus and servify company has recorded msgs and dialogue, all are lies
