Hi I've purchased a OnePlus tv q1 through Amazon on August 9 and I had issues with the display I noticed it after 10 days so Amazon asked me to contact oneplus directly and I contacted them on August 25 and raised a complaint as well and their technician said that the tv needs to be replaced and he raised a replacement request on August 27th but still now there's not been a proper explanation or any sort of resolution provided to me. They keep on blabbering that there's jo issue found with your tv and all. I said you arrange a team visit whenever you want and can double check it . Finally on Oct 9 they said they'll send the tracking details of the tv but didn't provide me one. So today I asked where's the tracking ID, they're saying that their team has rejected the replacement. So for the last 2 months it's been totally frustrating with OnePlus brand and they keep on giving me fake promises and didn't even bother to rectify my issue. I need a proper explanation and the issues need to be sorted out. Was this information helpful? | |
