OnePlus India — they are not resolving my issue from last 13 days

I have bought Oneplus Nord mobile from http://Oneplus.in website, but then have sent 2 HDDs to me instead of mobile phone. I have raise complaint immediately with them, but they are not resolving my issue from last 13 days. I have already provided all proofs with CCTV footage, but still they are not responding. Please refer attached snaps & videos for your reference.
