[Resolved]  OnePlus India — When I claim warranty of oneplus nord buds then receive one side buds only

I had oneplus nord buds which got damaged then i bocked the warranty courier came and took my product then called from service center and said i have received buds of one side only.and they only received one side I have sent then complaint in consumer court case no: FX[protected].your team bothers me a lot I have also sent unboxing video to your team through whatsapp but they refused, I will never buy oneplus product again. If here also our problem is not resolved. So we will go to court in physical form because we have all proofs like video call recording it is not acceptable at all
