Sir/Mam, I Siddharth Panghal have given the 2014 examination registration number ONGC388739 which has been cancelled and I also got the refund check of my fee. When I deposited the check to bank they returned it and said that the check of this number has already been cashed in and I still have the original check with me. Now, guide me to solve this problem or issue me a new check

I have applied for the post of HR EXECUTIVE in ONGC regarding the advt .no. 3/2015 (R&P), but in my admit card the post is came as assistant engineer environment. My name is Riyanka Gope, my registration no is CBT105700 and roll no is 17105078. Please change the post applied for in my admit card as per my registration, my exam is on 10/05/2015.

I AM VAIBHAV PANCHAL. I ATTEND ONGC-2014 EXAMINATION. AFTER THIS EXAMINATION THI EXAM CANCELLED DUE TO PAPER LEAKE PROBLEM. SO PLEASE REFUND MY EXAMINATION FEES WOTH 500 INR. I filed the application form for graduate trainee 2013 . The exam was conducted but after exam I came to know that recruitment was cancelled due to some reason. When I tried to know when ONGC will conduct this exam again then I found a notice on http://www.ongcindia.com/notice_regarding_refund.pdf in which ONGC mentioned that it is working out the modalities to refund the application fees as the exam will not be conducted again. I was agree with notice. It has been more than a year since ONGC published the notice relating to refund. But I want to know why ONGC is not refudning our money. Is this so difficult to find out the applicants details who paid the application money for this recruitment or It was just a way to raise money from innocent citizens of india in the name of job recruitment to fulfil your fund requirements. We all know that how much money you have collected from applicants. It is not tough for you to refund the money within a month as you have already taken more than a year to work out on this. It is your responsibility to resolve this issue as soon as possible but not more than one month. Either you refund this money on your own within a month otherwise we will have to take action against you.

My daughter appeared for the written exam on 22.06.2014 for the Gratuate Trainee-2013 and the exam was cancelled. Company informed that the exam fee will be refunded, as per their notice dated 26/09/2014. But so far we have not received any communication from the company. For this, I have complaint on Jan 19, 2015, but there is no response from ONGC company. Kindly refund the exam fee at the earliest.

I deposited money for CBT post, but I could not fill form just because of technical issue on site, I kept trying but I could not able to fill up the form, will i get my money back???... Sir/Maám, I read the public notification on your website regarding the cancellation of the graduate trainee exam 2014. I wanted to know whether you will declare the results thereafter the investigations or refund the application fees. I am an indane subscriber. My gas consumer number is 26323 and gas distributor is Vikas distributor. I have already updated my bank account and adhar card details. However, I have receive the first gas subsidy amount of 580/-. My last booking number is 488884. Kindly investigate the matter.

I had already paid the amount Rs. 750/- via SBI Kanjirappally branch on saturday. I had even received the journal entry number[protected] from the bank for the amount paid. But while I was filling the online application form, a run time error occured which led to further disablement of registartion with the already filled bank details. I even contacted the bank for refund of the amonut so that I can reapply with a different journal number. They asked me to contact the company for any discrepancies regarding this. Dear Sir, I have paid Rs. 750/- as challan fees for the Rect. of GT in Support disciplines through CBT on 31 March 2015 in Uran Branch (Branch Code 0538 vide Journal No. 41830035. When I finished with filling up registration it flashed as I am not eligible for the recruitment view overage. Kindly treat this an enquiry. Hello Sir/Madam, My self AsthaYadav and I am from Agra. I am writing this complain to draw your attention regarding the exam fee which is not refunded to me so far. ONGC had declared the job vacancy for the Recruitment of Graduate trainee 2014 which was conducted in 22nd June 2014 at Delhi and I was appeared in that exam. I am very disappointed when I read the public notification on your website regarding the cancellation of the graduate trainee exam 2014 and candidate will get refund the exam fees but it is more than 7 month of the notification and still I have not got my exam fee return. So could you please tell me when I can expect the refund the amount which I paid is Rs.500 and My application number is ONGC176771 I deposited the amount in State Bank of India on 11th April 2014 with Journal Number[protected]. Sir this is for your immediate response regarding the refund of fees in graduate trainee exam conducted by ONGC 0n 22.06.14 (ONGC GT-2013). The whole exam was cancelled due to tampering of question paper in one centre in Delhi. It was told that the investigation is going on this issue, & fees will be refunded, but it is almost 9 months completed still there is no refund or no response from ONGC. As per ONGC web portal, the examination for the above said position has been cancelled and registration fees will be refund to applicants. I Applied in ONGC for graduate trainee recruitment Advertisement No.1/2014(R&P) and exam was in[protected]. After completion of exam ONGC cancelled the whole recruitment process and gave a promise to all candidate refund of exam fees. Till now there is no response from the company. All mails send towards them remain unanswered. I do not know if it is lack of intend or other reasons behind, but I am assured that such behaviour will surely be the downfall of the company. I dont know what is the intenton of ONGC in not returning the hard earned money of people, which they have collected as application fee. If they are very sure about cancellation of GT-2013 exam, then they should refund the fee. And if they are planning to show their annual profit enhanced by our money...then remove the tag of Maharatna company...

I appeared for GT2013 examination. As the exam is said to have been cancelled and the notice on the official site said that money will be refunded as soon as possible. It has been 8 months no notice about refund status has been released. I paid the fee through challan. Kindly let me know the status and procedure of refund the fee.
