I THE UNDERSIGNED ONE OF THE PARENT WHOSE CHILD IS IN SISHU VIHAR SCHOOL. I SINCERELY REQUEST YOU TO TAKE BACK THE FEE HIKE FROM RS.3480/- TO 18000/- WHICH IS 5 TO 6 TIMES MORE THAN WHAT WE WERE PAYING FROM THE YEAR 2000 TO TILL DATE.

SOME TIMES IT INDICATES THAT YOU ALL ARE WILLING THAT THE SCHOOL IS MENT FOR THE OFFICERS WARDS AND NOT FOR THE WARDS OF THE STAFF INCLUDING CISF, TERM BASE EMPLOYEES AND THE CONTIGENTS WHICH IS NOT FAIR AND IS A VERY BAD/POOR PRACTICE ON YOUR PART.

ALSO RECENTLY WE HAVE GOT THE FEES STRUCTURE, ALSO THE TEACHER AND THE PRINCIPAL HAD ASKED TO SEND THE THREE NOTEBOOKS AND A SCRAPE BOOK, COLOURS WHICH I THINK THAT YOU HAVE DISCUSSED THAT EVERYTHING WHICH I HAVE MENTIONED WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL THAN WHY THEY ARE ASKING FOR IT, ARE YOU ALL MAHILA SAMATI KIDDING THE PARENTS OF SISHU VIHAR MEHSANA.

YOU ARE SINCERELY REQUESTED TO TAKE BACK THE FEE HIKE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT, AS WHAT YOU HAD SPOKEN OF NEW BUILDING SWIMMING POOL ETC ETC WILL TAKE NOT LESS THAN TWO TO THREE YEARS TO BE THERE IN MEHSANA AND YOU ARE ASKING FOR 18000 RS FEES FROM THIS SESSION ONWARDS WHICH IS A WRONG PRACTICE.

I ASSURE YOU THAT IF THE SAME FEES STRUCTURE WILL BE THERE IN THE SISHU VIHAR THAN MORE THAN 50% OF THE PARENTS WILL TAKE AWAY THEIR WARDS TO SOME OTHER SCHOOLS INSTED OF THIS CORRUPT SISHU VIHAR BECOUSE MOST OF THE WARDS ARE BELONGING TO CISF, CONTIGENTS & TERM BASED EMPLOYEES AND I ASSURE YOU THAT THE TIME IS NOT FAR AWAY WHEN YOU WILL HAVE TO WINDE UP THE SCHOOL INSTED OF DEVELOPING THE NEW INFRASTRUCTURE OF SISHU VIHAR.

MY SINCERE REQUEST TO YOU TO TAKE THE WISE DECISION IN FAVOUR OF ALL THE STUDENTS WHO ARE STUDYING IN SISHU VIHAR INSTED OF TAKING THEIR BAD WISHES FOR ALL THE MAHILA SAMITHI.

AT PRESENT ALSO NO TEACHER IS COMMUNICATING IN ENGLISH NOR THEY TAKE CARE OF THE STUDENTS, THERE IS A FOOLS POLICY IN SISHU VIHAR, ALL SYSTEM IN THE SCHOOL IS RUBBISH BECOUSE THE SCHOOL IS RUNNING BY ONGC MAHILA SAMMITI AND THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO RUN THE EDUCATION IN THE SCHOOL BECOUSE THEY ONLY MENT OF KITTY PARTIES AND PASSING THE TIME THAN HOW COME THEY RUN THE SCHOOL. IT WILL BE BETTER THAT THE SCHOOL HAS TO BE GIVEN TO THE EDUCATION AUTHORITIES OF STATE.

THERE IS NOTHING MENTIONED IN THE SCHOOL DIARY OF THE STUDENTS REGARDING FINE ON LATE PAID FEES, IT INDICATES THAT “SCHOOL ME KOI SYSTEM HI NAHI JO BHI JAB CHAHE KUCH BHI KAR SAKTA HAI AUR PARASAN KARNE KE SIVA KOI KAAM NAHI HAI” IS A VERY WRONG/BAD PRACTICE OF THE PRINCIPAL AND OTHER HIGHER AUTHORITIES OF SISHU VIHAR, KINDLY IMPROVE IT.

AT PRESENT I CAN'T PAY I WILL PAY IN JULY. I will not pay the fine. I WILL GO TO CONSUMER FORUM TO FILE A CASE ON ALL MAHILA SAMITI OF SISHU VIHAR MEHSANA & DHERADUN FOR ILLEGAL CHARGES HIKED ON THE PARENTS WITHOUT IMPROVING ANY STRUCTURES OF TECHERS, BUILDINGS, GAMES AND OTHER ACTIVITIES OF THE SCHOOL .

I had applied for PAN and allocated the number as above. But I did not receive the PAN card in its physical form. I had applied for the same while I was in Kolkata. In the meanwhile I had been transferred twice - 1st to Dehradun and 2nd (presently) Mumbai. It is over 8 years - I had written a number times to Kolkata IT office at Bamboo Villa, APC Road, Kolkata-700 017. I had even talked to the UTI Service Provider, I am yet awaiting the PAN in its physical form. It's an essential document - every individual is required to produce it to a no. of palces/ person in one's stride through the path of life. I believe that the Kolkata IT Department must have mailed it to my Kolkata Address and it must have the returned as I no more continue to stay in Kolkata. I still continue to hope - being too optimistic - for a duplicate card !!

i m a student of class x.on 25 th January i went to school but reached late by about 3 minutes.the school authorities asked me why i reached late i told them that my bicycle broke down halfway and i have to return home and again come with my father in the car.due to these reasons i couldnt come at proper time.i also told them this type of incident never happened with me as it was for the first time and i also told them that it will also be my last time.i promised to them that i will never do this thing again.on that day i also had my oral exam and i plead to them to let me enter but still they refused.so please take necessary actions.i know each schools has their own rules but they should have some exceptions.(school:kendriya vidyalaya ongc colony sivasgar assam).

I am getting provisional statement for claiming deductions under sections 24 (b) & 80C (2) (xviii) 0f the income tax act, 1961 for return, but you have not sent me yearly statement till date, and not changed my earlier address, You are giving my exsting address correctly but is being posted to old address ie address of borrower. please send provisional statement for this year for income tax return on following address.

Due to illetracy of mother my DOB was recorded as[protected] whereas actually as per the certificate issued by the registrar of birth and death Chandigarh it is[protected]. Now after so many years I am facing the problem from the passport authorities saying that both the records should be same. I can not change the certificate issued by the Registrar of birth and death Chandigarh as it is the actual. Can I request you to kindly change the DOB in AISC certificate as per the Original and actual DOB certificate issued by the Registrar of birth and death Chandigarh. What should I do to make this change ; may please help me.

I am Centarl Govt. Pensioner who has enchashed cent per cent and one third of it is restored after 15 Years as per Supreme Court orders and Govt. of India has issued orders. My 1/3 pension has been restored and thesame has been sent to Kkinada Branch of SBI in A.P and payble in Danavaipet Branch of SBI, rajahmundry. The Rajahmundry branch of SBI has sent the papers to CPPC cell Khiratabad Branch cell of SBI, A.P on 6th Mar 2009.. Inspite of repeated reminders to the SBI Chairman compliants cell as well toSBI pension is not being received till now i.e after 5 months.What to do. The SBI is so irresponsible to its customers. Kindly do the needful and please wake up the personell in the CPP cell.

applied for ipo in ongc company with application bid no 88313189 on dated 17-3-04 with a bidding amount of rupees 42750.00.I paid the amount with canara bank, rp road secundrabab with cheque no 203671.I haven’t received allotment neither the amount was refunded.

. Finally I got a letter from mcs stating that I have been allotted 41 shares and the balance of 13537 have been credited to my account but I haven’t received that..

Mrs. Bharti Pandey is a chief Medical Officer of ONGC' hospital at Baroda.
All big hospitals of Baroda are empaneled with ONGC for treating employees of ONGC.

Mrs. Bharti Pandey takes Rs. 1 to 1.5 lacs from each hospital on monthly basis for referencing ONGC employees to these hospital.

It is very serious issue.
She also used to withhold the payments of hospital which do not give money to her.
Pl take necessary step and make India free from such Red-tapism

I am a retired person of 64 years. I had applied for 50 shares in IPO of ONGC Ltd. On 13.03.2004. till not received allots shares/ bonus shares issued thereafter and dividends declared thereon after a period of 5 years has already passed.

I give hereby details of my application and correspondence exchanged between registrar to issue.

1) Application Form No.[protected] dtd. 13.03.04
2) Cheque no. 210705 for Rs. 35, 625/- of Allahabad Bank, Ahmedabad cleared on 17.03.04 through Kotak Mahindra Bank, Ahmedabad.
3) Complaint registrar with M/s. MCS Ltd., Mumbai through their Ahmedabad Office.
4) Letter Ref. No. 226. KIH No. 117311, Bank Sr. No. B01023614 of M/s. MCS Ltd., Mumbai received by me informing certain details before 10.06.04
5) I had furnished all required information vide my Registered AD Letter dtd. 03.06.2004 received by MCS Ltd., Mumbai on 05.06.04

Thereafter a long time has been passed and I had not received any reply. I had visited several times at Ahmedabad Office of MCS Ltd. but not satisfactory reply was received.
6) M/s. Karvy, Hyderabad was entrusted the work by SEBI for IPO of ONGC Ltd.
7) I had received one letter Ref. No. ONGC/20162/A/B/C from karvy, Hyderabad to give certain details in respect of my pending complaints with MCS Ltd.
8) All required information with Xerox copies were submitted by me in person at ahmedabad office of M/s. Karvy vide their query form no. 370 dtd. 27.04.07. but not receive any reply for a long time of one year.
9) I had further approached in Ahmedabad Office of Karvy on 04.04.2008 in person and as requested by the desk staff. I had submitted all copies of documents vide their query form no. 41344 dtd. 04.04.2008, as they had assured to solve my problem.

Hence, request you to take up the matter with concerned registrar to the issue at the earliest and help me to solve the long pending problem.

I was credited 5000 RS/- on[protected], but he was colleted on 27-06-08.this amount wouldn't be credit in my july monthy account statement, this amount was be credited on[protected] in
my account after my correspondings to bank unit.

this is u r's delay, but not mine, but you putting extra penality amount on credit amount for last six months.please reduce/adjust the penality amount in next month statement.

please kindly accept my requistation.I am waiting for quick postive response.

i have registered as a gas consumer(No.10732) with Indane gas distrubutor" Teja Rohini Gas agency, Rajahmundry" and i have booked for gas refill on 12.12.2007 after 21 days of receiving earlier gas refill. However i have not received gas refill till date(after 33 days) and on contact the gas agency is unable commit any firm date of gas delivery.

This has become regular event and with great difficulties i use to receive the gas refill personly every time.

I think the system of gas refill distrution is planned well but it is not implimented and monitored properly creating great inconvenience to the consumer.

I kindly request the authorities to arrange issue gas refill at the earliest, as my both gas cylinders are empty and i am unable to celebrate the Christmas on 25.12.2007.
