ONGC — Intentional delay in velvery | |||
I have booked shipment (Personnel paper document) on 19.06.2017 for delivey to the consignee at agartala of pin code: 799 014. On enquiry on blue dart website the status on 26.06.2017 & 27.06.2017 are mentioned as incorrect address. The delivery personnel at blue dart, agartala never contacted with the receipient. On contacting four time with blue dart customer care the response is that "shipment will be delivered today". But till now it has not been delivered. They have charged rs. 400.00 for shipment but unable to deliver in 10 days. I had opted for blue dart due to urgency. Even speed post, which is very economical, can deliver in maximum 4 working days.
