ONGC — not received ongc scholarship(for sc-st) and not appropriate reply from concern peoples

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am stanzin Tsundus, Pursuing B.Tech from IIT Bombay. I was selected for the scholarship for 300 students from ONGC for SC-ST students. I received scholarship in first year. I just completed 3rd year and I haven't received scholarship for second year.

After completion of my second year, I have submitted the renewal form of scholarship with the requirements documents which include marks record till 2nd year. I waited for few months and I got no reply. I again sent the renewal form and I again got no reply. Then I filled one renewal form and took it to the nearby office, i.e Bandra Kurla complex. They said that I will get my scholarship within a week and it been two months that I didn't get anything. I am calling the office from two months and no one reply clearly. Most of the time they don't attain and when they attain they give some excuses and cut the phone.

I am fighting this with my friend as we have the same case.
