ONGC — Ongc renewal scholarship

Respected sir/madam,
My name is butti babu kumar
. I am a student studying b. Tech final year in telangana at present. I have applied and received the ongc sc/st scholarship for my 1st year.. But i did not receive the scholarship amount for my 2nd, 3rd year even though i have applied for both the years with necessary documents.
I have called the ongc office, chennai, many times.. The madam told that "you will get the scholarship but i don't know the exact time when the amount will be released.."
But i didn't receive the scholarship amount for 2 academic years.. (For 2nd, 3rd year).
I am requesting you sir/madam, to please look into my scholarship problem and provide me the scholarship as soon as possible.
