My name is Bharti lamba from Shalimar Colony Ambala city Haryana . My machine has not been working from past 3 months I already registered the complaint 3 months back . The mechanic came and checked and we were not informed what was the problem with the machine. Anyways we were told that a detailed report about the Machanic visit has been submitted to the concerned department and the machine will be fixed asap or else it will be replaced if it is not fixable. Now its been more than three months i have been washing my clothes with my own hands and my machine has not been fixed. Every-time i call the service centre they don’t give me any right information when my complaint is going to be resolved. I request you to look into this whole situation and come up with a suitable solution. Your quick response will be highly appreciated.

    Dear Sir/ Madam:

    I had purchased 3 A.C's from Onida in 2020.

    (1) One in number 2 tons a.c.

    (2) Two in number 1.5 tonsA.c.

    One of the 1.5 tons a.c. has been giving issue as the freon leaks occur on a regular basis. I had the freon charged at least 5 times till now.

    Now again when I made a complaint to Onida customer service, they sent a representative and the technician mentioned that it would cost me 5, 500 INR for repair. I have spent alomost 20, 000 on repair of the a, c, till now.

    It is kindly requested that the a.c. be changed free of cost as this is a manufacturing problem.

    Please kindly reqolve the issue on priority.

        My complaint 2109R[protected]. I had purchased a Onida TV from Amazon on Jan 2021 within 9 months of its purchase the display got repaired and the company mechanic came 10 days ago to check and still no clear assurance over what will be done or when it will done, No response from the mechanic the only contact I can make are the service center reps. I asked for alternate solutions for a refund/replacement they are not even clear about that the customer service rep is just boasting about they have accelerated my complaint and the concern people will contact me or they will surely give the solution as soon as possible, I have waited for 2 days and yet no contact from or any sign of when my complaint will be resolved.
        The lack of any assurance or clarity over what could be the solution and when it will resolved as really effect my trust over this brand the desirable solution would be a refund because I didn't paid money to decorate my place with a useless product or a replacement with extended warranty.

        A replacement for my product has been initiated as per the Area Lead and he told me that the new product will arrive to us within a week but it has been a week and no update about the new replacement neither from the area lead nor from the supposed location from where the new replacement is going to be delivered.
        Whenever I want to contact them from my side for the status they are either unresponsive or late.
        I am attaching the Screenshot of the chat with the area lead for whatever reasons he never attends my call.

          My Onida microwave(with warranty period of 3 years) bought on February, 2021, was not functioning properly, so a complaint was lodged at the customer care on 2nd September 2021. They informed that some parts was required to restore its function, which would take 10-12 days. However, we didn't receive any solution from them. Then after a prolonged chain of calls we were told to wait again, giving no reason for this unusual delay.It has been over a month and no solution has been made.

            I registered a complaint about onida washing machine on June 2021.
            My washing machine drier not working is the problem.
            Since machine is under warranty, I complained same to Onida online and got a complaint number 2106Q[protected]
            But til now (after 3 months of registering my complaint), my machine is not repaired by Onida.
            Since 100 days already passed, I need a full replacement of my Washing machine with a new Washing machine

              I bought Ac from one of the dealer in Kalka, Haryana for Onida. It's within warranty and compressor has gone faulty . Dealer is not providing any resolution and charging every time he is sending his person. If it's within warranty they should take care of all the charges including person who is coming to check the AC.
              Dealer is wasting time and not replacing the compressor . This has led to mental harassment .we cannot go again and again on his shop to tell him to replace the COMPRESSOR.

                My complaint number is 2105P[protected] four days before technician resolved but it again behaving like past, tub not rotating proparly and clothes not dried iam facing problem with this product, when iam call to technician, he saying I will come but he not. Plz resolve my problem

                    I have taken Onida TV model no (ONIDA LED 50 UIC) on 23.08.20 my TV suddenly stop working so I lodge complain on 12.08.21 (Complain no- 2108Q[protected] Engineer visited and told that your TV is in Warranty period and due to some damage in TV parts we have to order the parts from our company. I am following with Onida person Mr Pravin Patel but there is no satisfactory reply from neither him or his superior I really got fed up and feel like harressed from Onida company for not giving proper service in warranty period. Request you to kindly provide proper solution on urgent basis.

                      The issue that I have experienced was: I am writing this complaint with full of disappointment with the service and quality of the product. I thought I have chosen the right TV and right product. But the fact is it is not so.
                      I bought onida 108cm (43 inch-FIF1 Black 2020 Model) fire edition during the month of January 2021 and for installation itself it took nearly two weeks. Further I have raised a complaint for delay in installation then the problem has cleared. Now TV got repaired on[protected] and not near 6 month passed. Display seems with blurred colors and also Nothing is working. I raised a complaint in the same day itself. With many follow up I got call from technical person but they said the problem will be sought out after lockdown over. I also concern with the current pandemic situation and insist them to check my complaint once the lock down get clear. After few days later I received a call from customer care to close my complaint and direct me to raise fresh complaint once again. After the lockdown I raised a complaint once again on[protected] and they took nearly a week to see what the exact problem in it. On[protected] two technician came to check the problem and they said that there is a panel problem in the TV and it take more than 10 days to get the replacement spare for it. Till now there is no update and response from ondia. Nearly past three month tv was hanging in the wall like a showcase. I am struggling to get it repair from 19.5.21 to till date.

                          I bought this Onida Tv from Amazon last year on 21 August 2020, immediately started facing issues with it register a complaint with ONDIA that took 3-4 months for them to solve my problem and now last two months I am facing problem with remote again tried to reach them but never received the call. I also requested them to replace the TV but they directly said we can't do it, so I am left with no option to wait for their technician, so now I want to file a complaint against ONIDA for selling faulty products and AMAZON for giving Approval for this type of Companies to sell their faulty products on such a level where we common people believe on.
                          I am attaching the warranty and invoice if it please refer.

                            Wifi connection problem from last one year. First no technician sent citing lockdown reason. And thereafter when sent he said no problem could be traced and later he said wifi is not connecting due to remote issue which was resolved. This is the worst service and company experience ever.

                            2. Mr Naveen korangi, at call center is not letting us speak to senior executive.

                              I have ordered a 43 inch ONIDA tv as stated in the subject on first week of January 2021 via Amazon. Even with minimal usage (not more than 2 hours a day) the TV got a display flickering issue which have been identified as Display problem by service centre agents. I requested a TV replacement as the TV not even worked for a basic usage but they just rejected the replacement request and said they can only change the display as it under the warranty period but the issue is still not resolved yet. its been a month and I seriously regret buying this brand.

                                This is to bring to your kind notice that a customer complaint of a washing machine's dryer not working was logged on 19 July 2021, its been 10 days that customer is waiting for executive to visit and get problem solved but not even a message/call has been arranged so far, visit seems to be a distant dream for customer.

                                Shallu Radios have a long relationship with Onida since many years and we do not want hamper Company's image along with our's.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        I had purchased a new ac online from Ondia which is 1.5ton 3star inverter split ac back in May-2021. Ac stopped working on June last week with the horizontal blade swing stopped working.

                                        Raised a complaint immediately on last week of June. Different Technician came in multiple times to inspect even during corona phase and told me the motor blade needs a replacement which they have ordered in the company services.

                                        It has been more than 20days but the company has not responded anything. It's a new purchase, and I am not able to avail its service yet in scorching heat.
