    I have taken Onida TV model no (ONIDA LED 50 UIC) on 23.08.20 my TV suddenly stop working so I lodge complain on 12.08.21 (Complain no- 2108Q[protected] Engineer visited and told that your TV is in Warranty period and due to some damage in TV parts we have to order the parts from our company. I am following with Onida person Mr Pravin Patel but there is no satisfactory reply from neither him or his superior I really got fed up and feel like harressed from Onida company for not giving proper service in warranty period. Request you to kindly provide proper solution on urgent basis.

      The issue that I have experienced was: I am writing this complaint with full of disappointment with the service and quality of the product. I thought I have chosen the right TV and right product. But the fact is it is not so.
      I bought onida 108cm (43 inch-FIF1 Black 2020 Model) fire edition during the month of January 2021 and for installation itself it took nearly two weeks. Further I have raised a complaint for delay in installation then the problem has cleared. Now TV got repaired on[protected] and not near 6 month passed. Display seems with blurred colors and also Nothing is working. I raised a complaint in the same day itself. With many follow up I got call from technical person but they said the problem will be sought out after lockdown over. I also concern with the current pandemic situation and insist them to check my complaint once the lock down get clear. After few days later I received a call from customer care to close my complaint and direct me to raise fresh complaint once again. After the lockdown I raised a complaint once again on[protected] and they took nearly a week to see what the exact problem in it. On[protected] two technician came to check the problem and they said that there is a panel problem in the TV and it take more than 10 days to get the replacement spare for it. Till now there is no update and response from ondia. Nearly past three month tv was hanging in the wall like a showcase. I am struggling to get it repair from 19.5.21 to till date.

          I bought this Onida Tv from Amazon last year on 21 August 2020, immediately started facing issues with it register a complaint with ONDIA that took 3-4 months for them to solve my problem and now last two months I am facing problem with remote again tried to reach them but never received the call. I also requested them to replace the TV but they directly said we can't do it, so I am left with no option to wait for their technician, so now I want to file a complaint against ONIDA for selling faulty products and AMAZON for giving Approval for this type of Companies to sell their faulty products on such a level where we common people believe on.
          I am attaching the warranty and invoice if it please refer.

            1. Complaint No 2106Q[protected]
            Wifi connection problem from last one year. First no technician sent citing lockdown reason. And thereafter when sent he said no problem could be traced and later he said wifi is not connecting due to remote issue which was resolved. This is the worst service and company experience ever.

            2. Mr Naveen korangi, at call center is not letting us speak to senior executive.

              I have ordered a 43 inch ONIDA tv as stated in the subject on first week of January 2021 via Amazon. Even with minimal usage (not more than 2 hours a day) the TV got a display flickering issue which have been identified as Display problem by service centre agents. I requested a TV replacement as the TV not even worked for a basic usage but they just rejected the replacement request and said they can only change the display as it under the warranty period but the issue is still not resolved yet. its been a month and I seriously regret buying this brand.

                This is to bring to your kind notice that a customer complaint of a washing machine's dryer not working was logged on 19 July 2021, its been 10 days that customer is waiting for executive to visit and get problem solved but not even a message/call has been arranged so far, visit seems to be a distant dream for customer.
                I am representative of selling point (Shallu Radios, Bahadurgarh), the place where the below customer bought the product from.
                Shallu Radios have a long relationship with Onida since many years and we do not want hamper Company's image along with our's.

                Please arrange a visit at customer's address as the product is in warranty.

                        Hi Team,

                        I had purchased a new ac online from Ondia which is 1.5ton 3star inverter split ac back in May-2021. Ac stopped working on June last week with the horizontal blade swing stopped working.

                        Raised a complaint immediately on last week of June. Different Technician came in multiple times to inspect even during corona phase and told me the motor blade needs a replacement which they have ordered in the company services.

                        It has been more than 20days but the company has not responded anything. It's a new purchase, and I am not able to avail its service yet in scorching heat.

                          I have purchased ac in 2016 with five years warrenty of indoor and outdoor door unit last year in 2020 April Ac stopped working they resolved problem of that around Jan 2021 months agin ac stopped working still following up with customer care and ac service team still no response they took 7000 for repair I have all the bills which I paid and call recording and what's app chats as well please try to solve my problem asap

                            I am writing to you to raise an issue about: ONIDA SPLIT AC SERVICE

                            PRODUCT: ONIDA A/C 1.0 TON INVERTER 12SKL- SPARKLE

                            On 11/05/2021 I have raised a complaint on ONIDA inverter AC. Technician came and confirmed to replace the COMPRESSOR which is coming under WARRANTY. He removed the AC and Outdoor unit. After that there was no response. In JUNE I have raised another complaint since technician never turned back to fix. I have made follow-up calls and there was NO PROPER RESPONSE as well. Really frustrated by Opting ONIDA product and their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

                            Spoke to manager and service center but still NO RESPONSE.
                            VERY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ONIDA.

                                I have purchased ac on 31 may 2020 and installation done on next 2 days .
                                The fitting person not fitted properly, because the back side of screw not fixing properly .
                                Today i am switch off the ac suddenly back side of one bolt cut and one side fell down, quickly i go catch the ac, otherwise my 55 inch TV also damaged.

                                    Description of incident -
                                    I have not received any SMS with the Job Work Number for the complaint registered for service yesterday. The customer care agent said there was a technical problem. However, a technician from an agency called me immediately. The company has refused to provide the list of authorised customer service centres. On calling customer care number, the agent says, there is a technical problem. The agent says that they can neither provide the SMS or email nor cancel the request.
                                    In 2017, when I registered a complaint with ONIDA, an unauthorised technician visited my house and replaced fake parts and disappeared. the company contacted me to complain that I had contacted the wrong number. However, they did not take any action against the fake technician despite providing them with information and the fake invoice.
                                    I request you to please help with resolving this issue. My only request is for an authorised email or SMS from the company so that I can allow the technician into my house.

                                    Additional Information - The complaint number was received on an online chat on the website https://www.onida.com. The agent handling the chat specifically stated that neither can he resend the SMS nor can he resend the email nor will he cancel the service request and that the company "does not share list of authorised service centres with anybody"

                                      I had bought a TV of ONIDA(IGO) company from Assam in the year 2010, whose model number is- (CI 14PIUTG-R).

                                      Its serial number is 9C111325.
                                      Since last few days it is closed due to my job transfers.
                                      But now when I installed the TV again, it turned off after running for 1 month.
                                      The customer care service of ONIDA is not that good in Bihar, due to which I am obliged to send my complaint by mail.
                                      IGO should treat a retired senior citizen woman with some human values.

                                        I bought onida ac on September 2018. The product is 21/2 years old. I booked a service call showing f1 error on december from their customer service number [protected] and spend 7021 rupees on 02.12.20 for pcb board service by as air cool, who claimed themselves as onida authorized service. But still the issue exist, after that I booked the service call on april 2021 with number [protected]. Now different service engineer came and attended and said pcb indoor board is malfunctioned and suggested to cost around 5000 plus 750 service charges. With the service request (2104H[protected]. More than 12 days the issues is not resolved and more over no idea of how long its gonna take to resolve the issue. Very much dissatisfied and suffering from the low grade onida product.
