I buy onida led tv (Uib1) from vasanth and co t. Nagar branch on 31/12/2018 for 45, 000

On 28 nov 19 my tv has a software problem. So, i complained in onida customer care

They sent a technician after 20 days he told motherboard needs to be changed

But today 20/1/2020 no part received, tv giving more problem

2 months gone no part received. I called multiple times to customer care and technician they are not picking up the call

I need refund because tv is not in quality for the price

So many problem coming from the tv

    I am having Onida TV 32 inch 4 years back.
    Now I am facing with problem with Onida which is not working with my tv
    The remote which I am using is deductable to my TV switch on /off now and unable to increase volume control also.
    Kindly arrange to depute your technician for necessary synchornising tv with my This is to inform you that we are unable switch off the Onida LED TV 32 inch.
    Please help us to solve the problem

      I have been reaching to onida customer care number [protected]. I have registered a complain about onida washing machine not working. Till today even the customer care tells the same story they will get back even after 1 month. The local technicians don't pick there calls and respond. I have heard service sector is bad but this onida service is pathetic. My money is wasted. Zero business ethics.

        I call onida customer care on 06/11/19 for repairing my onida washing machine but til now i call three times more but customer care reply me that's yours complain is under process.

        None other process done by onida customer service about repair my washing machine. About three weeks over to complain on onida customer service. I face problem of wash my clothes.

          Very pathetic service by onida and flipkart.

          I have purchased microwave oven of onida from flipkart.
          Last three month i am regularly following up for repair as my product is under warranty and every time i am getting new update.
          Even i am not able to repair it from as they are telling warranty will void if i will choose any outside mechanic.

          Please suggest any option to file complain against these fraud company.

            I am purchasing a washing before 6 month ago after 6 month the drier of machine was not work so i am registered my complain regarding washing machine to the company on date 30th of august. I am continuous talking with onida employee to repair my product but till now they can't repair my product when i am calling to onida employee to repair my product so they can tell we will repair tomorrow 100%. But till now my product is pending

                I have purchase the Onida Leo40FAIN Serial No-15K04005336 online seller of amazon.in since on 12.12.2018.Now a days Having a problem with a Product Services Onida internet not working on this I have log the complaint on dt:05.11.2019 of toll free number your end assign the engineer and he call me i explain the problem comes last 10-15 days into this product after diagnosis this issue your local Jaipur services center assign the complaint your Adonis head office Jaipur and give me your representative Mr.Ravinder Sharma Reference Number and ask to me coordinately directly to him.

                Yesterday Local service center member comes to my door and look having a problem and told me its software issue and reinstalled the software into smart t.v but after the 5-6 hour they can not able to installed the software into this smart t.v after they coordinate your head office team member and I.T team (R&D) Through help he able to installed the software but the problem till now not resolved After that i call him to Mr.Ravinder to solve the issue but they said to me we will resolve day after morning will see the and close the problem.

                Today I have called mid-noon to Mr.Ravinder to follow up and ask him to he told me motherboard issue diagnosis we will follow up our all center this same model mother board will be issue and Resolve the issue on top priority.

                My concern of sending mail top level to show that what is going of down level and what kind of support customer getting of last 15-17 days how long to willing to wait of your kind support those you have given to customers please be responsible to about us.

                As last 15 year I believe in Onida product and services but after this concern I never to believe in your worst service and my mind and heart is totally wash about bed services given by user and no responsibility taken by you.

                I wrote this mail for for know you what kind of support given by user and brand and productivity of all user those explain in market and media and other places.

                Thought this mail I requested to you please resolve the issue through this reference mail in 3 working days after that I forcefully go the consumer court to misguide me last 15 days till now resolution not getting of your side.

                  I have already raised the complaint with flipkart on 27.10.2019 but no resolution received

                  Flipkart return policy has also expired but we have not yet started using the product

                  The person from Onida has visited the place on 13th November 2019, almost a month after delivery of product from flipkart There was delay in delivery of product from Flipkart & demo visit from Ondia. we did not expect this from such a reputed e-commerce chain of flipkart. If there is any change in scheduled delivery/demo date, then the same should be conveyed to buyer in advance

                    A onida tv model led 32 purchased and within warranty period for nearly seven time complaint has been registered and 4 times spare has been changed. But still complaint exists not yet closed. Kindly need a replacement since if in warranty period this much of complaints, how can i face after warranty which is will end in 10 days. Hence i request the forum for an replacement and extend the warranty period

                          I purchased onida washing machine 6.2kg from flipkart and it was delivered 2 weeks late.. And the demo and installation person was supposed to come on 20th oct, den it postpond to 21st. As there is no network in my home i have gave my landphone number as alternate number. Yday i recvd an sms as cancellation request raised as number is switchdoff.. I gave miscall n it was stoped. And the customer care persn told demo persn will come on 22nd. Bt stil same happnd cancellation request raised and i again called customer care and same script was repeated. The demo persn is not calling on alternate number. Why dis happng??? We are unable to go anywhere coz of dis.

                            I filed service request on 26th aug for my 43uic model tv. Within 2 days technician came and examined told that panel will be changed under 1 week as display was not coming. But since no other action has been taken. I had called customer service several times each time they said we are forwarding on urjent basis. The area service manager is saying that i have sent the part no need to be changed but company is rejecting every time. Told all this to customer service team they said we have no any idea. Now i am going to file a case against onida company as they have irritated me. This was really not expected from such h a old reputed company.

                              I bought one 1.5 ton india ac from local dealer (Mohan electronics ulhasnagar) on[protected].ac stopped working in first week of august 2019, i made complaint with company as well as the dealer mohan electronics. One engineer ansari[protected] /[protected] came from company after 3 days & said there is some problem with some board inside the compressor unit but he will repair only if i pay some charges to him because i installed the ac from some local fitter & not from the company person. But the fact is that i paid rupees 1200 for installation charges from company as per the dealer & fitter manjay yadav[protected] said that he is belong to company. I have lodged frequent complaints with company and dealer, but there is no response from any body.

                                To whomever this may concern.

                                We have been a loyal customer for onida with our oldest onida tv being almost 30 years old. Apart from that we have 5 other onida devices in our house hold which is a combination of tvs and washing machines. I always though that buying an indian product is always a better idea. Bu my perception changes this past month.

                                My washing machine 6 kg splendor front load purchased in 2015 went bad in mid july. I logged a call with onida customer care and a technician visited to check. He mentioned that e card has gone bad and it will take 3300 inr to replace to which i readily agreed. I was told that parts have to come from mumbai so uit will take 4-5 days. After 10 days the technician called me and told me part has come and i was happy as it had been 15 days without my machine. He cam to fit the part and lo and behold, the new e card was also faulty and machine did not work. The technician was very helpful and called hi manager, who said to bring the e card back and they will get another one. Again it took well over 10 days and the technician called me this past week and i thought it will be the end of our ordeal as we were without washing machine for a month by now. But alas, how wrong was i! Apparently, they did not get a new board, they tried to tinker with faulty replacement board that had come and gave it to technician saying that it has been fixed. He came to fit, but exact same issue as last time, the machine would not turn on.

                                I then spoke to shekhar, his manager and sunil who i was told was bangalore head for onida, and his responses were awful. There is no ownership of customer issue and i am being told that there are no parts available. So am i supposed to just throw away a 20k piece of equipment after just 4 years o[censored]se!! Last i heard was they will try and repair, but there is no guarantee and they would not even give me any timelines. Needless to say i regret my decision of supporting an indian brand as opposed to buying an lg or samsung. I am now without machine for a month and a half and no insight into whether it will be even fixed or not.

                                  Please let me know the warranty for onida 39 inch led tv.

                                  Last year september i have replaced the picture tube for onida via onida customer service but i'm seeing the same issue again.

                                  Last year i have paid around 8k and this year they are asking to pay around 4k to resolve the issue.

                                  Whether faulty or used product was given last time?

                                    I have purchased a onida ac in may 2019. I got it installed by onida technician. It was not properly installed as there was a leak in copper pipe. After few days it stopped cooling and i have logged a complain # (1907g[protected]. After few days logging complain i got a call from technician named mr. Uttam and he asked me for bribe, when i refused he disconnected my call. Since then i am waiting someone to visit my place and check the ac. It's been like 20 days, i am waiting for onida guy to come and service my ac. I have called customer care several times but they only saying that we are escalating the case but still no result.
                                    Pathetic after sale service by onida onida.

                                      I have brought onida 43 inch tv for 27000 and after 15 month tv screen became very dark such that it not only visible when we off lights in the night time. Onida service person visited and told that panel need to be replaced and it will cost around 22000 he told. Since warranty of 1year is over onida is charging wantedly.                                         My name is saurabh kumar tiwari and i have purchased an onida 5.5 kg fully-automatic front loading washing machine (Wof5508nw, white) i b01kvjlfgc (B01kvjlfgc) on 28/06/2017. It is not working from april 2019. I have already complaint to on onida customer care complaint no. Is (1905k[protected]. When i registered my complaint my washing machine in warranty & my warranty is already expired on[protected]. The engineer visited my home checked machine and said the pcb switch drain not working. He ordered the required parts to the warehouse and it will take 15-20 days to receive my required parts but still my parts not received and no response from senior management. No track record of parts where is the part. I follow up on daily basis on customer care they said senior will call you. I followup-ed 20-25 times from last 4-5 weeks. But not received any single call from senior staff. The customer care staff provide me a contact number and said that he has the track record of parts. When i call then don't pick my phone i called 60-70 times call and 10-15 calls daily they don't pick my phone i also sent text message & whats app also no reply from any mode. The contact no. Is [protected] & [protected]. I don't no the name persons i have only contact no. I am totally harnessed from onida company. What is the issue is going in onida company is available or not. How much time it will take to solve my issue and why your senior don't pick the calls of customers company don't pay the salary to your employees why they don't pick the calls.
