I purchased onida washing machine 6.2kg from flipkart and it was delivered 2 weeks late.. And the demo and installation person was supposed to come on 20th oct, den it postpond to 21st. As there is no network in my home i have gave my landphone number as alternate number. Yday i recvd an sms as cancellation request raised as number is switchdoff.. I gave miscall n it was stoped. And the customer care persn told demo persn will come on 22nd. Bt stil same happnd cancellation request raised and i again called customer care and same script was repeated. The demo persn is not calling on alternate number. Why dis happng??? We are unable to go anywhere coz of dis.

Kindly resolve dis as soon as possible.

Ondia window unit ac 1 ton. I Bought 13th sep 2019. Used 3 days Ac PCB spoiled. I complaint to ondia service center city batala distt gurdaspur (punjab). Here i write complaint number-1909i[protected]. I called them soo many times they never change pcb of ac.they talk to me rude. Plz help me call them tell them settle problem. Thanks.

    I filed service request on 26th aug for my 43uic model tv. Within 2 days technician came and examined told that panel will be changed under 1 week as display was not coming. But since no other action has been taken. I had called customer service several times each time they said we are forwarding on urjent basis. The area service manager is saying that i have sent the part no need to be changed but company is rejecting every time. Told all this to customer service team they said we have no any idea. Now i am going to file a case against onida company as they have irritated me. This was really not expected from such h a old reputed company.

      I bought one 1.5 ton india ac from local dealer (Mohan electronics ulhasnagar) on[protected].ac stopped working in first week of august 2019, i made complaint with company as well as the dealer mohan electronics. One engineer ansari[protected] /[protected] came from company after 3 days & said there is some problem with some board inside the compressor unit but he will repair only if i pay some charges to him because i installed the ac from some local fitter & not from the company person. But the fact is that i paid rupees 1200 for installation charges from company as per the dealer & fitter manjay yadav[protected] said that he is belong to company. I have lodged frequent complaints with company and dealer, but there is no response from any body.

        Hi,

        To whomever this may concern.

        We have been a loyal customer for onida with our oldest onida tv being almost 30 years old. Apart from that we have 5 other onida devices in our house hold which is a combination of tvs and washing machines. I always though that buying an indian product is always a better idea. Bu my perception changes this past month.

        My washing machine 6 kg splendor front load purchased in 2015 went bad in mid july. I logged a call with onida customer care and a technician visited to check. He mentioned that e card has gone bad and it will take 3300 inr to replace to which i readily agreed. I was told that parts have to come from mumbai so uit will take 4-5 days. After 10 days the technician called me and told me part has come and i was happy as it had been 15 days without my machine. He cam to fit the part and lo and behold, the new e card was also faulty and machine did not work. The technician was very helpful and called hi manager, who said to bring the e card back and they will get another one. Again it took well over 10 days and the technician called me this past week and i thought it will be the end of our ordeal as we were without washing machine for a month by now. But alas, how wrong was i! Apparently, they did not get a new board, they tried to tinker with faulty replacement board that had come and gave it to technician saying that it has been fixed. He came to fit, but exact same issue as last time, the machine would not turn on.

        I then spoke to shekhar, his manager and sunil who i was told was bangalore head for onida, and his responses were awful. There is no ownership of customer issue and i am being told that there are no parts available. So am i supposed to just throw away a 20k piece of equipment after just 4 years o[censored]se!! Last i heard was they will try and repair, but there is no guarantee and they would not even give me any timelines. Needless to say i regret my decision of supporting an indian brand as opposed to buying an lg or samsung. I am now without machine for a month and a half and no insight into whether it will be even fixed or not.

          Please let me know the warranty for onida 39 inch led tv.

          Last year september i have replaced the picture tube for onida via onida customer service but i'm seeing the same issue again.

          Last year i have paid around 8k and this year they are asking to pay around 4k to resolve the issue.

          Whether faulty or used product was given last time?

            I have purchased a onida ac in may 2019. I got it installed by onida technician. It was not properly installed as there was a leak in copper pipe. After few days it stopped cooling and i have logged a complain # (1907g[protected]. After few days logging complain i got a call from technician named mr. Uttam and he asked me for bribe, when i refused he disconnected my call. Since then i am waiting someone to visit my place and check the ac. It's been like 20 days, i am waiting for onida guy to come and service my ac. I have called customer care several times but they only saying that we are escalating the case but still no result.
            Pathetic after sale service by onida onida.

            Still no resolution in my case. Waiting is going on. Kindly expedite the process.
            Our onida black beauty is not working properly
            More than 15 days of the complaint lodged. 5 times called, but no service.

              I have brought onida 43 inch tv for 27000 and after 15 month tv screen became very dark such that it not only visible when we off lights in the night time. Onida service person visited and told that panel need to be replaced and it will cost around 22000 he told. Since warranty of 1year is over onida is charging wantedly. Please solve to get my tv back to its original stage.

                My name is saurabh kumar tiwari and i have purchased an onida 5.5 kg fully-automatic front loading washing machine (Wof5508nw, white) i b01kvjlfgc (B01kvjlfgc) on 28/06/2017. It is not working from april 2019. I have already complaint to on onida customer care complaint no. Is (1905k[protected]. When i registered my complaint my washing machine in warranty & my warranty is already expired on[protected]. The engineer visited my home checked machine and said the pcb switch drain not working. He ordered the required parts to the warehouse and it will take 15-20 days to receive my required parts but still my parts not received and no response from senior management. No track record of parts where is the part. I follow up on daily basis on customer care they said senior will call you. I followup-ed 20-25 times from last 4-5 weeks. But not received any single call from senior staff. The customer care staff provide me a contact number and said that he has the track record of parts. When i call then don't pick my phone i called 60-70 times call and 10-15 calls daily they don't pick my phone i also sent text message & whats app also no reply from any mode. The contact no. Is [protected] & [protected]. I don't no the name persons i have only contact no. I am totally harnessed from onida company. What is the issue is going in onida company is available or not. How much time it will take to solve my issue and why your senior don't pick the calls of customers company don't pay the salary to your employees why they don't pick the calls.
                Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

                  I m sanjay devpat rai my reg. Mobile no. [protected] i had called to onida service center in number [protected], i told about problem arising in my ac because i had purchase onida wi fi ac. On 19 june 2019 at nearly 2.00 am i had called on onida service center in number [protected] whose complaint no. 1906g[protected], in my home address which was given to onida company repairer come to my house at 12-1.00 pm on 19 june 2019, and told me that they have came from onida service center, they opened my ac and pick out pcb ac part and taken by themselves and a cheque of rs. 3000/- alo taken and cash of rs. 1000/- also. They clarify me that within 2 days they repaire the part of ac, they provide me a bill in which written reliable services and only mobile no was given no address was provided. I called to onida service center in number [protected], immediately i told them to provide the repair center detail but the customer care refuse to share the detail of repair center. The repair man came from in the name of onida service center, their no. Is [protected], when i called in this number no one was answering i immediately stopped my cheque which was given to them, on 23 june 2019 i search this person, i caught him in nalasopara east achole road district palghar the shop was in the name of reliable services, and asked him entire detail, what ever he told me it was shocking, that as we called to onida customer care and lodged a complaint, customer care provide my detail to one of their service center named al kareem cooling point kandivali mumbai, from here one of the person from al kareem cooling point provided my detail to reliable service and after when the repair man went from my house, one of the person from al kareem cooling point called me and asked about my ac but i asure that one of the repair man from their service center visited to my house but the person from al kareem cooling point provide the feedback to onida customer care that the customer had taken the service of third party. When i heared this i called to onida service center in number [protected] and asked that to whom they provided my detail firstly they refused but later on they provided the name of service center that it is al kareem cooling point but they assured me that the above service center had feedback that i had taken the service of third party. Sir i want to make a point that if i want to take service from third party so why should i called in onida customer care at night on 19 june 2019 at 2.00 am, and the fact was that as soon as i called a night in onida customer care at night and on same day in morning the repair man was in front of my door on 19 june 2019 at 12.00 pm to 1.00 pm. I allegate that who has provided my details to this repair man and if the person was offen to criminal who was responsible for this. The repair person has totally damage the pcb of my ac, wi fi is not working and my ac is also not working anymore who will be responsible for this. About the above fact many times i have told to onida customer care in this no. [protected] but till now no one has response to my fact. On 24 june 2019 i told in onida service center in number [protected] and they taken my complaint 1906g[protected] in this also they feedback that customer has taken service from third party. As per consumer act please do the needful action against this and whatever lost is happened in my ac please do the recovery on that.

                    My air conditioner was installed two weeks back, but the copper pipe started leaking gas yesterday, when asked the service people to repair it, they are saying it can't be claimed under warranty we have damaged but there is no possiblity for us to damage it. Already their installation was done late also I already complained to them twice, then after a week of my complaint only they came to repair it, now when this problem arrived they are again responding irresponsibily including their manager. Now they are asking me to pay for the gas and pipe.

                        I had raised a complaint on the above said date for my split AC not working and since then no engineer has called our tried to contact us to rectify the problem. I faced the issue during installation as well and I had to write to the CEO's office and only then they responded. I have been put through a lot of mental stress. In spite of several reminders to their customer service they have not responded. I request you to help.

                          Hi sir/madam, Hi, We bought a new Onida Ac 9/4/2019 and it stopped working on 28/5/2019. We filed a complaint on 30/5/2019 and there is no action taken yet. the company keeps lying to us by telling it will come today and its been more that 3 weeks already. The way they handle the customer is also rude. It is a new ac and how can it not work in a month. Even if it is under warranty they are not helping with replacement nor giving me proper response. we are in hot summer and we have a pregnant lady near her due date and the team is not helping at all. we spent so much money on ac and the response they give is worst. How can a pregnant lady survive in this summer in chennai who is near her due date. Please help me to get a new replacement of Ac itself since i feel cheated to get a malfunctioned AC.I have called the onida customer care for more than 5 times and they keep telling they will call me back but no response... fraud is what they are committing. Pls help me here

                          I serviced my ac on 28may and they charged me 650.again in one month's time the ac has no cooling effect.when I registered complaint they are asking me 750 once again.what service was done on 28may and what is the use of paying that service charge.kindly look into the complaint and respond.

                              Sir mine complaint has been lodged since 18/02/2019 still lying unresolved due to parts filter bearing and seal. the unit is lying idle. kindly resolve the same immediately. the company concerned person and local person are putting the matter that we have ordered fro parts from abroad countries and whenever we talk to concerned person they show their inability to arrange the parts and how these people can provide service to machine under warranty. it seems case of cheating committing two year warranty but not have spares to rectify the recurring problems of the machine. they should either compensate the value of machine or arrange to correct the machine without futher delay

                                My onida air conditioner was installed by onida people two days back, from the day they installed I have been complaining that water is leaking from the indoor unit, for two days they said people are coming, today no one attending my phone and responding, is this the customer service given by onida to it's customers? Also the invoice given by him when installed seems to have contact details of my old order, when I asked them to change they are telling onida captures it's details from mobile number since ur mobile is registered to the address you first only that will come in invoice, also the copper pipe was missing in the package so I paid for that too, when I asked in tata cliq(where I ordered the AC) that the copper pipe was missing in package they asked for invoice, the invoice now is in my old order contact details, how come I raise the complaint.

                                  I have bought a washing of ONIDA and there was issues with the spinning motor with the warranty after the approaching the ONIDA service center the mathura they told that they will replace the spinning motor but its almost 2 month after this there is no proper response from the service center side . such a very bad service from ONIDA .Even if we call them they would
                                  tell the same old story as they have ordered the motor and has to come .Its been 2 month have haven't got a single motor to replace such a poor company .

                                    I purchased Onida 1.5 ton AC in june 2018. In 2018 working fine. In 2019 Not cooling well so, I have complaint against this on 31st may 2019. I have called many times to customer care to resolved issue they did not do anything only told to me technician will visit within 48 hr. I had waited long finally technician visit my home after 72 hrs(3 june 2019) they checked ac and asked to me me outdoor PCB board problem so we need to request for replace PCB board, and it will take 15 to 20 days more.

                                    My concern is that if you take 20 to 25 days to resolved issue how can customer purchase your product. Word services by Onida. I never recommended onida in future and not suggest to friend or family to purchase it.

                                    Note :- Please try to understand and try to resolved as soon as possible.

                                      I have complained several times. Technician visited to check my ac and informed that swing motor is to be changed. Nearly one month has passed, i have contacted customer care and service centre frequently but no positive response received, so far. Even wrong/false messages are being sent to me such as,

                                      "your call (1905f[protected] has been cancelled refuse to pay if there is any escalation or wrong cancellation, please give us missed call on [protected]".

                                      While i have never refused to pay neither any amount is asked by the company/technicians.

                                      Sir, it's totally wrong that such a reputed company is totally failed to provide the service to its customer's. I am facing hard in such a scorching heat and facing mentally harassment.

                                      Therefore you are once again requested to resolve my problem and to penalize the culprit.

                                        Technician made a visit on 23/24 th may 2019 saying ac is working and then had problems again. I called them after complaint they visited again on 3rd june 2019 raising issue compressor issue and left without response and intimation.. And getting job report signed from the customer saying that the company will contact next day 4th june 2019, i have got no response till date. The product is under warranty and yet hesitant to replace the compressor. Nobody is bothered about getting the ac fixed.. Such as irresponsible company and technical team. Can't even use the ac during summer because of poor customer service.. Onida. Pls find attached the files for reference.
