Onion Insights — Non payment since about 4 years.

“I'm mystery shopper with the Onion Insights and I have been working with them since the past four years approximately, since October 2022 and none of my payments have been made till the date. I've done about 55 assignments and I'm not paid even for one. It's has been so long . I called them large number of times, I tried to contact them through mail, by sending mails, but I don't get any response

but I have not been responded. I am not even shared with the number of finance department and they say they have forwarded my message to them, but I never get a call back for my payments. It's been so long. I want my all dues along with interest and some penalty should be imposed on them so that they never do this again to any other shopper. I got to know from one more shopper that his payments were also due, but I felt my payments are getting cleared, but no, my payments are not getting cleared and I've updated my bank account details again so that my payments can be made in that. I've been told that your payments are getting bounced back and l never heard of this, but I felt like maybe this is the case, so I opened a new bank account and updated my account details, but still I didn't get paid.
Their staff say sorry we can't share details. They don't share number o higher authority or finance department nor their own name. Staff keep changing.
They call themselves for work and then deny giving any work by saying no work is there .
I have all the proofs of non payment. Some screenshots hav been attached.
