They don't make payment of surveys, only make false promises that the payment will be done at month end but it never happened...

No payment after approving the report and scored 7 out of 10.

If you opt for onion insights for mystery shopping. They will not pay your amount promised. They made me shop for rs. 1200 in Nyka and also wrote me a mail that my report was accepted and marked 8/10. When I checked in payment one from their team told it takes 60 days for payment. Now it's 90 days forget about payment she is not responding to my mails or what's app or calls. During shopping process the same lady...

There are 4 payments pending for February 2023 and despite following up with them regularly through email yet my payments are pending.. Ideally the payments should have been cleared with 60 days, ie, April 2023 and it's June already.

I had done an assignment for Tanishq in July 2021. I have not received the payment for it. Your login doesn't allow me to enter my bank details. I don't have PayPal ID. It has been 7-8 months and no one bothered to call me about the payment

I completed the visit in Doha Qatar for Hamleys Toys In 2018, however after follow-up with them no positive feedback, and did not get paid.

I did an in-shop audit for Ritu Kumar in July 2019 for Onion Insights.
The report was well received but thereafter there is silence. No reply to multiple mails, calls, Whatsapp messages regarding payment after the submission of report.

Its now 3 months that this issue remains unresolved and employees avoiding contact.

I would like to request the representative from Onion Insights here to verify the issue and release my payment ASAP.

Nischita (Mumbai) who was coordinating with me for this particular shopping told it takes 60 days for payment. Now it's 90 days forget about payment she is not responding to my mails or what's app or calls. During shopping process the same lady would call me 10 times in a day and load my what's app with follow up message s...
These are fake.. There are some other mystery shopping site which are better than onion insights. I am a member from 2015. Pathetic experience.

I really don't recommend this vendor.

I performed three visit for onion insights that i have not been paid for. Now i will contact hamleys and inform that about that company, they owe me 120 euros. It is really poor that they treat mystery shoppers like that. Avoid that company, they stopped to answer my e-mails. Totally unprofessional and big disappointment for being treated like that. I can see many people have not been paid. Is another scam company?

Hello! In fact I don't like to write complaints, but now I have to. As I have a feeling that I won't be paid for the completed audit.

I audited Hamley's shop in Moscow (Hamleys - More Oceania Mall (606)
Moscow, Kutuzovskiy avenue 57) on the 6th of November, completed the questionnaire the same day and got 9/10 job rating. I spent my own money to complete the audit (bought the toy as it was written in the audit requirements).

Today is the 20th of February and still I'm not paid.

Mystery visit ID# is 104018.

Onion insights is a big time scam. Please don't lose your hard earned money after this company. I have been in the mystery shopping field for over 5 years now and never have i experienced this kind of carelessness. It's been 2 months and a week now and they just don't want to clear my payments. They made me do purchase visits for two stores here worth 80 euros and haven't reimbursed me for those yet. Every time i send them emails or messages...

I too had a bad experience with Onion Insights. I live in Colorado. I signed up last Thursday. I was told the check would be activated as soon as I called Onion Insights. The next day, I was given 2 assignments. 1 assignment was a 2- part assignment. On one of the assignments, I was told to do some shopping at a retail outlet, and also to send money thorough Western Union. When the technician was explaining the Western Union procedure, she said $2, 100. I said Wow! that is almost all the money in the account. She then said "oh no, that is just an example." I was then told to send $30 to a fictitious name, and then was to go back the next day to cancel the transaction. I did as I was told, and faxed the evaluation paperwork to Onion Insights. I then got a call from Onion, saying I had not fullfilled my assignment. I said, "sure I did." I spent what I was told at each store, and sent the Western Union as instructed." She said, "no, you were told to send $2, 100." I said no, I had written down the assignment when it was given to me. She then asked if I could go to a different retail store, and send another Western Union for $2, 100. I told her I had a little bit of a problem with that, as the check from Onion Insights had not cleared my bank, and I would be using my own money. She then directed me to a Supervisor. I was very disappointed in speaking with the supervisor. He sounded African, and was very hard to understand, and he was not willing to wait until the check from Onion Insights cleared, so i would not be using my own money.

Fortunately I am only out $150.00 for the shopping trips, since the Supervisor did stop payment on the check I had received from Onion Insights. What I find strange about this whole story, is that the Supervisor at Onion Insights told me that they send Western Union and then send the shopper back to see how each outlet that does Western Union handles a Cancel of money sent the previous day. He said different outlets are doing things differently and maybe violating Western Union's policy. THAT IS PURE HOGWASH. In order to cancel and get a refund, a customer has to call Western Union and get authorization from Western Union, before the store where you sent the Western Union, can refund you the money you sent. It is a Western Union Policy, not an individual outlet policy.

this onion insights company based in mumbai gives a part time job opportunity in the name of mystery shopping and I enrolled myself and completed my 1st mystery shopping at barclays bank, and I was promised to pay 250 rupees, but it has been more than 5 months and the company is not ready to settle that 250 rupees. Despite of my regular emails asking for money, nothing has changed, I am getting irresponsible reply if call the landline numbers....
