I have registered a return complaint before 2 week and there is no action taken by you .and when i call your customer care he says that it was 4-5 days process.if there is no action taken i will go to the consumer court.

Quality, colour, fabric, stitch all are very poor and not at all matching with the description given online.no defnite return policy of company as i want to return the product.even the size mentioned are not standard.stitches threads are loose here and there.there is no responce from the company.please help me out in this regards.
I ordered branded 3 shirts n they sent light colours cheap quality different colours shirt and the do not pick up the phone.plzz kindly help me to return the product orelse get my money back. the customer care no. always ends up to be busy.
