[Resolved] Online Clues — Wrong products

To be frank this is one of the greatest cheating company. i have ordered 3 london looks shirts on 20 june 2016 and received my consignment on 27 june 2016. i have received the wrong size and the colour which i ordered.
Already made a complaint against this on 27 june with the customer care executive and my complaint number is 5006 and they said that within one weak their courier agent come to office and and collect those and reimburse my money. but till now no one is come to collect those courier from me.
Also the customer care executives are not behaving professionally.
I want my money back.
