This is subham here a consumer of online legal india, this is regarding the services and refund, i Registered to file a consumer complaint through online legal india on 8th march( proof of bill is attached below), after payment i got a mail about draft and later no call and no mail, i registered a complaint regarding the same then after few days i got a mail from OLI team about lawyer and i dropped a mail to lawyer regarding the same but no reply, so i called no answer so i dropped a text and i called again she picked up the call and she said, she is outstation so she will file my case on 17th of april, on 17th again i asked over text she replied that she will call me and no call next day again same i texted she said she will call but no call, so i already waited for one and half month and no case has been filed for which i have paid so i asked for refund and as per their policy its mentioned that if no Service has been provided than you have to refund the amount to consumer, it's a scam to consumer, their team have failed to provide service and denying for refund which is against your company policy.
