This is subham here a consumer of online legal india, this is regarding the services and refund, i Registered to file a consumer complaint through online legal india on 8th march( proof of bill is attached below), after payment i got a mail about draft and later no call and no mail, i registered a complaint regarding the same then after few days i got a mail from OLI team about lawyer and i dropped a mail to lawyer regarding the same but no reply, so i called no answer so i dropped a text and i called again she picked up the call and she said, she is outstation so she will file my case on 17th of april, on 17th again i asked over text she replied that she will call me and no call next day again same i texted she said she will call but no call, so i already waited for one and half month and no case has been filed for which i have paid so i asked for refund and as per their policy its mentioned that if no Service has been provided than you have to refund the amount to consumer, it's a scam to consumer, their team have failed to provide service and denying for refund which is against your company policy.

I paid around Rs.15.000 to online legal India website to get me justice from Makemytrip. But this also turned to be a fraud company. Till they received their amount for service I received frequent call every five minutes. I paid the amount on 2nd June. Till now they failed to provide the legal service. All together I lost Rs.2, 00, 000 to Makemytrip and Rs.15, 000 to Online Legal India. Please don't fall prey for both the company. Both MakeMytrip...

Scammers !, they ll loot your money and give some reasons . let me explain what they have done to me, back in 2021 i took their service and they registered my company well, but i also paid for extra dsc & trademark registration and service was poor and noone has ever started the process, i wanted for one month and then went witha nother company and registered my trademark, and online legal india has agreed to one condition that they wont refund my money in one year. and i can avail any other their service within one year, or if i need the money then i can withdraw after 1 year, and noe when i asked they simply saying they cant give money back, also they only accept service within one year . so now the money is lost, its ₹4246, they just looted my money and scammed, if this was the case, why does their support agent has to tell me fake information about refund, or why does the company has to cheat

I've filed a complaint in Online legal india but the company failed to provide me the satisfying outcomes.
According to their policy if they failed to provide desired outcomes then they will have to refund the money they had recieved.
But now they are not helping me.

I lost my money while taking loan in this app about 1.15 lakh so pls solve and also complaining in online legal india. 4 months back there is reply I'm send 6k to send them

In the name of solvng problem with banker fir housing LOAN issue they took 8000 from me till now no update everyday saMe chat..our person will call you they never call after taking money abscond ..beware is such ###..who loot public in the name of legal help.. I am not at Bangalore if not visited their office and blasted I don't know whether it's existing Also shameless ###..lost hard-earned money on the name of legal help

They sold me services which they don't provide and then no action was taken against my complaint. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times for refund but now they're not responding. It's a scam and fraud company who take advantage of people already scammed. Stay away from them...

I went to them for my complaint against red bus and they took 1000 rs from me promising they will get refund from red bus but nothing happened of that sort infact the lawyer assigned to me didn't pick up the call and no action is taken against red bus

I filled for a trademark registration and paid the required amount for the same but after i made the payment the above mentioned company staff has become unresponsive and does not care to call back or share the information about the case. Please help.

I had a issue with online Jewellery. Raised complaint on online legal India..They said that they charge to solve issue like fraud that happens on e-commerce. I paid money Rs.825 and they are back of me, Till payment happend .Now I have no update on my case, no answer on customer care.Assigned a lawyer her name is Arpita Sarkar, she contacted me till I gave good rating, now no response. Not picking my calls, no answer for my mails.
