I have ordered a medicine from this site today[protected] and paid Rs. 362.25 including shipping and payment gateway charges. But I didn't get any confirmation mail or message regarding my order. And I didn't get an order id as well. When I called in their given number, a girl answered in a very unprofessional way and she was not even ready to disclose her name. Then only I googled about this site and unfortunately found so many complaints about them. My bad!!! Now they are not answering my calls and messages. I want the refund from them. How can someone play with medicinal needs???

Complaint marked as Resolved The item is delivered today. It was a substitute product that costs less than the amount I paid. I don't want to waste my time anymore. So I don't prefer asking them about the same. Not at all happy with their approach and arrangement of the ordered item. They have to double check the availability of an item before taking orders or atlease before making us pay. After the payment is done, the customers are helpless. They can't do anything other than nodding to whatever they say, since they haven't got a decent refunding system. Happy that consumer complaint is there as a platform to react against such companies. I am marking this complaint as resolved without even have 1 percent satisfaction with omsi.

Updated by Deepthy S Nair They called me the next day and offered a refund. But they would deduct Rs 100 + GST from the amount I have paid. And it was the amount that I paid as shipping charge. It was a very unfair deal since the item was not even confirmed by them, so how can they deduct shipping charge?? If the item was in transit, then it was reasonable from their side to take the shipping charge when the customer cancels it. Snce they haven't even shipped the item, how could they deduct the shipping charges from the customer? So I didn't find it a good deal, so I asked them to send the package. Then they told me that the item that have ordered, that is Alokem gel (which is very rare and that's why I have fallen into the pit of this company) was not readily available and they have given me an option of a substitute item. Since I have paid the amount I just wanted to get an item worth it, whatever it is. It was Boro plus aloevera gel which is easily available in any sites or medical store!! Nevertheless I told them to ship it. Today is 22 August 2021 and till now I didn't receive it. They shipped the item just 3 days ago!!! How could an online medical store be that much late in delivering the items??!!! Very pathetic and please don't ever order a thing!!!

The refund of Rs.2069 has been successfully done with the refund ID 20220517111212801300168987515511633 through paytm gateway.
