Why I am being charged 500 rs when it is not delivered urgently within 72 hours . I was told to be delivered within 72 hours while ordering online, after the payment received I got email it will take 4 weeks, and fir cancelation I will be charged 5 % and 500 rs . How fraud company . Big cheaters.

        I have placed the order in omsi market place.Order #2893701] (December 30, 2021).. paid 735.00 rs . problem with the dispatch as they are asking for id, and doctor prescription. before order they havent mention and accepted the order, but after getting the order and money, they delaying the product to be shipped. now i am asking for refund and to cancel the order. no reply from them. i need refund for the product.
        i have sourced the medicines nearby store as it is urgent basis.. no longer need the product and no reply from them. i have mailed and whatsapped. no proper response.
        i need refund for this order.

            Thank you for your email.

            Going by the numerous Online Complaints against you, it is evident and obvious that you specialise in milking your Customers to the maximum. Please know and remember that, in the long run, such practices do not pay.

            I have a very simple query :-
            Why should you charge a cancellation fee of Rs 100.oo for an Order that you had yourself cancelled because your Vendor was having trouble.

            After all, you had accepted the Order, confirmed the Order and accepted the full payment.

            Anyway, I do not wish to have anything to do with people to whom Ethics mean a new Fragrance from Calvin Klein.

            I, therefore, under protest, donate to you the amount of Rs 100.oo+5% = Rs 105.oo from the Rs 1, 700.oo already paid to you through Paytm on 14 October 2021.

            I doubted your sincerity when you had added a 5% charge of ₹80.95 on ₹1619.05 for Paytm Payment Gateway. Nevertheless, I let it be.

            May I request you to please arrange for this refund at your earliest in order we close this regrettable and unfortunate incident.

            May I refer to your email of 19 October 2021.

            You are attempting to palm me off a medication that is over 33 times more potent than the one I ordered, at nearly 4 times the actual cost.

            Regrettable and unfortunate indeed.

            Holland & Barrett Biotin 300μg, 100 Tablets, is ₹1519.05; Shipping Charges of ₹100.00, and a ridiculous 5% surcharge of ₹80.95 on ₹1619.05 for Paytm payment gateway, totalling ₹1700, 00. Incidentally, you are the one and only Online Vendor that adds a surcharge on a Paytm Payment.

            Whereas, HealthKart HK Vitals Biotin 10000μg (mcg), 90 tablets is ₹499.00, or ₹484.00 for Premium Members, with Free Shipping. Please see the attached Snapshot.

            Anyway, I do not have time to waste communicating with you needlessly. It is like churning water !!

            May I, therefore, request you to please arrange, immediately, for the Refund of Rs 1, 700.oo to the same source of payment, namely, my Paytm Account, in order that we can amicably close this unseemly incident.

            And, it is for you and you alone to refund the full amount, not, as you say: "We paid for your orders to our vendors and after the cancellation we haven't received full payment."

            Instead, you have refunded Rs 1515.00.

            May I inquire as to what has happened to the remaining Rs 80.00, please.

            In your email of 21 October 2021, reproduced below, you had mentioned:-
            "We want to inform you that as per our company policy. If you cancel the order then we will refund your amount after the deduction of cancellation charge Rs 100+5% from your paid amount. and we will refund you through paytm gateway. It will take 20 to 25 working days to reflect the amount kindly give confirmation for the refund process."

            You should have, therefore, refunded Rs 1700 minus Rs 105 = Rs 1595.00.

            Instead, you have refunded Rs 1515.00.

            May I inquire as to what has happened to the remaining Rs 80.00, please.

            I am afraid that you have chosen a wrong person to fence with.

            Kindly arrange for the balance refund of Rs 80.00 at your earliest. And no excuses, please.

                The order for a medicine was placed by me and after that months of waiting for the product I was refused to deliver the product.
                They mentioned as it's out of stock hence cannot be delivered.
                For Unavalibility of the product they further more charged me only for cancellation amount rather than compensating for delayinga nd then refusing the order

                  My order was placed on 13th July 2021 and no status was updated. After multiple calls and mails they say seller has not contacted. Now they want me to cancel my order and deduct 100 RS + 5% for what. That I waited for almost a month and medicines were not delivered. They are big time scammers and looting people there money

                    I have ordered a medicine from this site today[protected] and paid Rs. 362.25 including shipping and payment gateway charges. But I didn't get any confirmation mail or message regarding my order. And I didn't get an order id as well. When I called in their given number, a girl answered in a very unprofessional way and she was not even ready to disclose her name. Then only I googled about this site and unfortunately found so many complaints about them. My bad!!! Now they are not answering my calls and messages. I want the refund from them. How can someone play with medicinal needs???

                    The item is delivered today. It was a substitute product that costs less than the amount I paid. I don't want to waste my time anymore. So I don't prefer asking them about the same. Not at all happy with their approach and arrangement of the ordered item. They have to double check the availability of an item before taking orders or atlease before making us pay. After the payment is done, the customers are helpless. They can't do anything other than nodding to whatever they say, since they haven't got a decent refunding system. Happy that consumer complaint is there as a platform to react against such companies. I am marking this complaint as resolved without even have 1 percent satisfaction with omsi.

                    They called me the next day and offered a refund. But they would deduct Rs 100 + GST from the amount I have paid. And it was the amount that I paid as shipping charge. It was a very unfair deal since the item was not even confirmed by them, so how can they deduct shipping charge?? If the item was in transit, then it was reasonable from their side to take the shipping charge when the customer cancels it. Snce they haven't even shipped the item, how could they deduct the shipping charges from the customer? So I didn't find it a good deal, so I asked them to send the package. Then they told me that the item that have ordered, that is Alokem gel (which is very rare and that's why I have fallen into the pit of this company) was not readily available and they have given me an option of a substitute item. Since I have paid the amount I just wanted to get an item worth it, whatever it is. It was Boro plus aloevera gel which is easily available in any sites or medical store!! Nevertheless I told them to ship it. Today is 22 August 2021 and till now I didn't receive it. They shipped the item just 3 days ago!!! How could an online medical store be that much late in delivering the items??!!! Very pathetic and please don't ever order a thing!!!

                              I have ordered 2 Food supplement for My dad in Kerala through OMSI on 26th January 2021. I have paid extra 500 Rs for shipping for fast delivery within 72 hours.. All together I paid 3914 Rs.
                              For weeks I have not heard from them. When I messaged them on February they replied to me saying that They don't have the exact product and they will be able to give replacement. I said I don't want the replacement and want the exact product. Since then they don't send me any update and recently they are saying that They cant deliver the product and if I want, I can request for Refund. But the catch is, they will deduct 100+5% Tax as the customer is requesting Refund.

                              I found this as a fraud case as, either I was not informed about the Product and showing disrespect in a way that I have been asking Refund.
                              It is their responsibility to inform the customer about the product and do the full refund. where they still haven't come back to me about the product. Since last week, I was in a hope that they will still deliver the product. But they still dint reach out to me even after 2 months and dint refund me the full money.

                                OMSI medicine company should be shut completely shut for cheating and looting customers. They're playing with peoples health, taking money in advance through online payments. After sending 50 emails the only response which I received was, we will shortly send you the delivery detail. 2nd response we cannot deliver the the quantity you have ordered, we can deliver only half quantity what you have ordered.when you agree with the 2nd response as I don't have any other options left, I get a 3rd response from OMSI - we apologize we will not be able to deliver the half quantity you have ordered. We can only deliver 2 to 3 tablets. Please note; I have ordered 50 sachets or tablets. Now they can only deliver 2 to 3 tablets for the same amount which I paid for 50 tablets. No refund will be initiated. On top of it, they have the guts to say " WE ARE NOT CHEATING AND APOLOGIZE FOR THE SAME"

                                When I complained online through Facebook, they block your profile. They don't receive the calls and give lame excuse that my no is always not reachable. How can such companies stay in the business? I humbly request people to NEVER EVER ORDER MEDICINE FROM OMSI AS THEY ARE CLEARLY CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS AND THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. Please don't pay them online as you will never receive the order not your money. They never initiated my refund and cheated with my money. This Company should be taken to consumer court and should be punished. I request people to trend them online and let people know their reality.

                                  I ordered for catgut on omsi 11days back and till now there is no information regarding the item. I contacted them via customercare number provided in the site and they didnt answer the call.
                                  They charged me rs 624 including shipping charges.
                                  If they are planning to send me the item which was ordered please let me know when will i get it and if not please refund the amount as soon as possible.
