Online Marketplace Store India [Omsi] / Online Medical Store India — No proper status, omsi customer care is the worst I have ever seen

I ordered my prodcuct on july5 2020, order id: 2846004

After reading all these complaints i came to know this omsi team is practicing to fool customers since 2017.

In cart checkout, only pay on delivery available. I paid rs. 1244.

After 2days i received a mail for prescription.

To know what is the reason i called cc care.

Mr. Sandeep if you cannot manage your company please cancel your din id

Almost 3 days i am trying to reach through whatsapp call/mails/ normal call.

Only one reply i got from maddy ""a question mark"

Is this the way you guys run a company.

Crm is the most important tool to handle.

If you guys decided to fool all customers and loot all their money, at end definetly you guys will pay for it.

1st thing as entrepreneur company, your team need to respond to customer.

I need my issue to be resolved. When will i get the product.

When will you guys lift the phone.
